Thanks to loyal reader Harlem Knight TV for piecing together this video which provides irrefutable proof that Nicki Minaj is the Stud from that infamous video who claimed to have an intimate relationship with rapper Remy Ma.
We now know that the butch stud named “Nicki” in the video was probably one of the 28-year-old MC’s earlier “alter egos” that she calls on to quiet the voices in her head.

The woman could have simply moved to that area if she wanted her children to attend the “better” school. I read somewhere they gave her an opportunity to just leave the school but she refused and continued to drive the kids to the bus stop.

Supposedly the lady used her father’s address (which was in the school district) to get her kids into a better school. They arrested her, charged her with a felony and the judge told her that her teaching degree (which she is working towards) would not be valid in OH.
I knew it was always here in that Remy Ma video, cause if it wasn’t her, why wouldn’t the “real” stud stand up. She never appeared to say, “I’m the stud in the video, not Nikki”. Plus Remy never refuted the video or said, “That wasn’t Nikki, that was so & so”. Remy stayed quiet the whole time.

yeah that whole situation is crazy. I live in a suburb of Ohio and my sister just asked to use my address to put her kids in the local school district by my house. I said yeah, but I’m not sure if I’ll let her do that now though!

That I understand. But the law is the law. Unfortunately she got caught. But she also refused to correct her actions per a report once she was caught. I think the part about her losing her teaching degree is a bit much but that’s the consequence.

I do think its unfair to the people that pay to live in that neighborhood but I also think that its unfair to send a child to an inferior school and expect them to compete with everyone else. Then again by not sending your child to a school that they are zoned for you are taking money away from the school and hurting your community but helping your children. anyway TEAM HOMESCHOOL

I currently work for a charter school and we still have the same issue. If students don’t live in the district your budget is effected and resources become limited.

I do think they did too much to make a point. I did not hear that she continued to take the kids after she was told to stop. If she did that then she was out of line and was setting the kids up as well as herself for failure. I probably would ask the customer not to return. I wouldn’t get a lawyer and send him to jail. However, if he continued to do repeatedly after being caught I would have to seek other option one being sending his monkey ass to jail.
Now I’m sure he had other options. He could have asked me for a loaf explaining his situation. He could have went to his local church and asked for assistance. If he took the risk to break the law, then he run a risk of getting caught and accepting the consequences.

I’m not privy to school budgets and how they divy out money but how much would 2 students hurt a school’s bottom line? She seems to have been singled out and if there was an investigation I’m sure they would’ve found more than 1 family but I’ve only heard of her. Couldn’t the school have unregistered her kids? How can you just get on a bus and force a school to let you in and make the teachers teach them?

I am privy to school budget as I work in administartion now and have to oversee a budget.
Two children can considerable affect/effect a school’s budget. That an average of 80,000. That’s the difference in being able to hire another teacher for an overcrowed class room. Or a special education teacher God forbid the one of the students were special needs. Substitutes teachers, professional developments, building maintanence, textbooks, and etc.
I personally don’t think its a huge big deal or that the parent should had been prosecute to this extent. Additionally, I’m sure she isn’t the only one, she just got caught

Therapist – I didn’t see an article about her continuing to take her kids after being caught. I would think that they would just kick the children out of school once they found out she didn’t live in the district. Kids are expelled for fighting, threats, low grades and cannot come back. Why couldn’t they just say your kids aren’t allowed back on the premises?
My mom used my grandmothers address for the very same thing. Me and my brother were kicked out of school (I missed my damn fieldtrip too) and couldn’t enter the school. My mom and grandmother went all the way to the superintendent and 2 weeks later we were back in that school.
To have a PI follow her (and I’d like to see their records on who else a PI followed) and then prosecute her to the max is not the answer. Those girls gratuated from that school, it took them 4 years to figure out where they lived? Something’s fishy

Contraire. Law ARE made to be broken… if they are unjust. That’s what this very country is founded on (no taxation without representation). That’s not an opinion, that’s a fact.
The question regarding this “law” is, “Can one consider this law just?”

The question of “merit” is such a Subjective one that this blanket statement holds no “merit.
While I am fully aware of fact that schools in more upscale environments where more property taxes are paid have many more resources than lower income neighborhoods THAT is the issue. The law has merit was really put into place to keep those neighborhoods from taking all the “better” athletes from the lower income schools. Furthermore as someone else stated if everyone does that then the poorer school becomes poorer and the richer school gets even more funding. Schools are paid per child. If the school in the district she lived in was failing she could have legally put them in the other. Apparently it wasn’t a failing school. Or she could have given at least split custody to their father, then they would have been legally entitled to go there as well. She also could have applied for a hardship transfer. A coworker here got one, to have her kids in the school district which her day care picked up from even though she lives in another.
I was all over this story at first even emailed to Sandra to post, all revved up but the more I thought about it, and then heard they gave her the option to withdraw the children first I just don’t know. I do hate that with a felony she can not teach now. But she had other options and didn’t use them.
The problem is the way its set up with the taxes. . Each school no matter where should get the same amount of money per child. Like the lunch program. Every school gets the same amount of money for every child. The school then chooses how to spend the money, whats needed for that school. Would solve a lot of problems.

Alot of the schools where I’m from have problems getting uniforms and chartering buses. I don’t think the money made from gradeschool/highschool sports is that substantial in those cases.
It’s not about the money allowed sports in the budget at all!!!!!! Its so much more. Why do you think high schools have PAID athletes families rents to live in a district! The revenue from, the coaches salaries, games, sponsors, attention,etc where the scouts are looking. Its BIG business. It’s not about a bus or a uniform at all.

I’m not sure where this woman lives, but the procedures vary by district, area, etc.
I live in Los Angeles county. The policy for LAUSD schools is that if the home-school (school you are assigned to) is underperforming, a parent can apply for a inter-district school transfer. You can also transfer a student to a school closer to your place of employment but there has to be space in the school, you have to provide your OWN transportation, and sometimes there is a lottery for spots. But honestly, both methods are easier said than done.

I agree with @pinksghetti. I can’t even fanthom how anyone believes that is Nicki Minaj in that video. I remember when that video first came out and Nicki Minaj was around looking like her old self that some people miss.
As far as this school issue goes, this situation proves one of the main problems wrong with the education system. It’s made to keep the less fortunate struggling and playing catch up. No one sees this as an issue? It is not a kid’s fault where they are born so why is their education being effected by the environment they live in?
I thought it was her not only because she sounds exactly like Nicki, but when the story came out Nicki was on Twitter scolding people for using the term dyke. She never denied it and she wound up having a whole discussion essentially on being rude to gay people. I was proud of her for admitting she was bi even though the video gave me the impression that she was totally gay. But then I saw pictures of her that predate the video where she looks girly. People don’t do that do they? Switch from girly to stud? Because of that I’m not sure that’s her in the video. But it does sound like her.
