‘Sister, Sister’ star Tamera Mowry married Fox News Channel correspondent Adam Housley over the weekend in a dream wedding at a picturesque Napa Valley inn and vineyard. The 32-year-old lesser known Mowry twin dated Housely for 3 years.
“I’ve always wanted an outdoor wedding with lots of flowers,” Mowry told PEOPLE. “I feel so lucky to have this beautiful day marrying my best friend.”
Mowry’s twin sister, ‘The Game’ star Tia Mowry, served as matron of honor, along with nine other bridesmaids.
Event planner Mindy Weiss put together the rustic, wine country affair complete with wooden tables, flowers and olive branches.
“You can tell they’re best friends,” Weiss said of the couple. “They have a great mutual respect for one another.”

I had an outdoor wedding at a historic mansion jonesboro, ga. it rained all dam day! It finally stopped 30 minutes before the wedding. i cried until it stopped raining. it was beautiful and then it started to rain after our horse carriage ride.

Seems to me Black women who seek white men generally have low self esteem and they feel that if a white man was to somehow find them “attractive” it will validate their own beauty. Pretty sick twisted way of thinking. And most of the time this is sub-conscious. I’m not speaking about Tamera by the way, I think the reason Tamera married this man is because she is confused and plus her father is white….. I’m speaking about non-mixed black women. But hey, shouts out to all my real non-brainwashed black women still out there!
A lot of the comments on here reflect the deep embedded self-hatred in a lot of black women. The fact you view white men as the “holy Grail” or the standard of men reflects how you view yourself. It reflects how you view your father. Perhaps you don’t know your father? I have also noticed it tends to be my darkskinned black women who are like this? I have yet in my life to meet a lightskin black woman who viewed white men as the “standard”. I encourage a lot of you women on here to take a deep look at yourself and see what the issue is. The comments on here are sad “I want a white man who likes black women”… My question is why a caucasian man? And why do you want a man who likes other black women? I thought women liked men who liked THEM personally. Seriously ladies you need jesus. I’m starting to think a lot of women do not find themselves beautiful and think a white man will make their children beautiful…Correct me if I’m wrong. But anyway, since we are talking about what we want…..
