The word is that Kelly had to PAY Beyonce for this promotion and that’s why it took so long for Beyonce to mention it publicly. Kelly had to wait to receive some funds from the first single to be able to afford it.

She doesnt log on to any of that…I’m a facebook friends with Bey (or her publicist rather) and they constantly update Bey’s day to day actions and events…but Bey’s is not on Twitter…
