The national media gets it wrong again. one headline this morning read: “Chris Brown Proves Money Can’t Buy Style In Ugly $7,000 Versace Jacket“.
Other media outlets also blasted Brown for dropping 7 stacks on the garish Versace for H&M bomber jacket.
But the jacket retails for only $129, according to the store’s website, and Upscalehype.com.
Brown, who has two women fighting for his affections (Rihanna and Karrueche), stepped out last night for the opening of “AV Nightclub” in Hollywood wearing the Versace for H&M Bomber jacket with a Los Angeles Lakers logo beanie, blue jeans, and Air Jordan Retro 4 sneakers ($160).
It’s the same jacket that Kanye West was seen sporting at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show back when the affordable line first debuted in H&M stores around the country.
The jacket quickly sold out and can only be purchased on eBay for $800.
