George Zimmerman, the suspect in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, has a new bond hearing date.
Zimmerman’s attorneys posted an update on their website:
The court has set the hearing for June 29. Mr. Zimmerman’s bond will be the subject of this hearing, and as we indicated previously, we will file the motion for bond well in advance of the hearing.
A judge revoked Zimmerman’s $150,000 bond on Friday after prosecutors accused Zimmerman of lying about his finances.
