Lady Gaga caused a stir on Instagram when she posted an image that shows her rocking a boa made out of fake $100 bills.
Gaga posted the image on her private flight to Las Vegas on Tuesday.
According to Page Six, the 35-year-old “House of Gucci” star wore a polka-dotted Magda Butrym dress ($1,300), Valentino cat-eye sunglasses ($449) and a hot pink Hermès Kelly bag ($22,550).
“What’s your point?” asked one incredulous IG follower. “We already know you’re rich. Why rub it in our faces?”
Another IG user wrote: “Gaga can you give me that scarf I’m … cold.” While a third person wrote, “I need some scarfs [sic] like that in my poor life.”
A user said Gaga was flaunting her wealth and reminded her that she turned her back on her dog walker, Ryan Fischer, who was shot protecting her privileged pooches.
Others took a more positive tone. One user congratulated the pop singer for being able to fly on private jets while they wait in line for their canceled flights to be rescheduled.
