Drake has terrible timing. The Canadian rapper shouted out Houston gangster J. Prince Jr. on his new record titled “Circo Loco.”
The track is off Drake’s new collaboration with rapper 21 Savage titled Her Loss. The much-hyped album dropped at midnight on Friday, Nov. 4.

Drake’s timing is terrible because J. Prince Jr.‘s name is linked to the murder and robbery of Migos rapper Takeoff who was shot in downtown Houston early Tuesday.
J. Prince Jr. hosted the private party at a bowling alley in Houston, where Takeoff was killed.
Prince Jr. is seen in a cellphone video strolling past Takeoff’s dead body laying on the floor. He is overheard saying to someone, “Don’t ask me sh-t. You seen what the f-ck happened.”
Ironically, Drake paid tribute to Takeoff in an Instagram post.
Drake wrote:
“I got the best memories of all of us seeing the world together and bringing light to every city we touch. That’s what I’ll focus on for now rest easy space man Take.”
Takeoff was shot in his head, torso and arm, allegedly by J. Prince’s henchman and possibly by his own entourage member who was firing back at the shooter.
Takeoff’s record label, Quality Control Records, issued a statement on Tuesday that stated Takeoff was killed by “senseless violence and a stray bullet.”
An extraordinary video on YouTube exposes the government name of the alleged shooter in J. Prince Jr.’s camp.
Another video published by TMZ shows the shooter standing close to Takeoff. The shooter is wearing a yellow hoodie and jeans. He is seen shooting Takeoff in the chest while snatching his diamond chains and running out of the bowling alley.
Houston police said there were at least 2 shooters.
J. Prince Jr.’s father, James Prince Sr. issued a statement on Thursday.
Prince Sr. blamed someone from Takeoff’s camp “that close his eyes to shoot and doesn’t have the proper skills of operating that gun…”
Prince Sr. also said he will not shield the alleged shooter in his son’s camp.
