Petty has finally registered as a sex offender in the state of California following his arrest last week. Kenneth Petty, 41, is listed in the California Department of Justice’s database with a new mugshot to boot. His offense is entered as “attempted rape by force or fear.” Petty was placed in federal custody earlier this month for failing to register as a sex offender in California following his move to the Golden State from New York, where he is already registered.
