An Atlanta woman terminated her baby daddy’s child support checks because he’s a “consistent” father to their daughter.
She captioned the video: “Telling my daughters father I terminated Child Support [sic].”
“So did your credit score go up?” she asked before breaking the good news to him.
“Why? You took me off? You joking?” he asked her.
“I went down there today and took you off,” she said. “Awww thank you so much,” he responded.
The $41 he was forced to pay her every week was a drain on his paychecks.
The woman explained that she took him off child support because he’s a “consistent father” to their toddler daughter. “I appreciate you,” she said.
She also took him off “arrears,” meaning he didn’t have to catch up on late child support payments.
The video got over 1.5 million views on Twitter. The comments were mostly positive. Many noted that a father’s love and consistency is worth more than money.
Some Twitter users urged baby mamas to take their baby daddies off child support if he’s a good father to their children. Especially if he’s struggling financially.

Even though bm was super cool for doing that, she did take a subtle dig at him by saying “40 dollars” out loud ?

What state are they in? Cause when I tried to take my bds off Texas didn’t allow me. They said it’s not me against my bds it’s Texas against me and the bds and then said because they owe a balance (arrears) that they would have to pay that off first. So this interesting ?

She knows what he was going through, let’s leave it at that. Not everyone is a villain.

Look how much power they give to women. She has the power to affect his credit, his paycheck, his driving status, his freedom, and his buying power. Brothers choose wisely.
