Kim Zolciak called 911 on her husband Kroy Biermann after they had another knock down, drag out fight at home.
The couple continue to live under the same roof despite Kroy filing for divorce earlier this year.
According to TMZ, Kim called cops last Thursday around 11 p.m. to report Kroy had taken her 2 cellphones. In the 911 call, obtained by TMZ, Kim said she was on the home phone because Kroy held her cell phones hostage for the last several hours.
Kim stated she didn’t feel safe in her own home and she needed to leave the house with police escort. She said Kroy locked himself in the master bedroom.
The couple’s 4 kids were home at the time of the incident, but Kim said they were all asleep.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, officers arrived at the home to mediate the squabble. They eventually convinced Kroy to give Kim’s phones back to her. The former “RHOA” star agreed to sleep in a separate bedroom with the door locked in order to keep the peace.
Cops have responded to multiple calls from the mansion in a gated subdivision in north Georgia. Kroy asked a judge to allow him to sell the custom built home which was in foreclosure.
In a recent court filing, Kim asked a judge to dismiss the divorce petition because they were still having sex. Kroy filed for divorce twice, most recently on August 24.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim said Kroy’s claim that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” was bogus. Kim, who allegedly has a gambling problem, insisted they will work things out.
