Aside from the obvious fact that her duet is with a non-black artist, do you notice how the video features extras who are mostly Caucasian and mixed children as opposed to Mary’s core demographic?
I don’t see mostly White and mixed kids in the video. I see an equal amount of everybody. Also, the song is good, very cross-over, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Lending money is not a good idea ever. I don’t think it’s appropriate to lend to someone you’re romantically involved with it… rather I think by the time its okay to borrow from each other, your relationship has progressed to a point where it’s shared money anyways.

Yikes! I would have to be in a long-term relationship before I ever give money to another? I will say two years (notice I said give and not borrow…I am just that type of person: if I have it to give, you can have it. I never loan money. I just rather give and call it a day. I never like for people to feel obligated to me).

I sort of have an expectation that if that person is aware that I am having a momentary financial challenge…I would hope that he is (invested) enough to not put me in the embarrassing position of having to ask. And if he does…I would return the favor and/or the money just to set a balanced tone in the relationship
