Jay-Z responded to a lawsuit filed by his rumored son Rymir Satterthwaite, a resident of Philadelphia. The 55-year-old rapper asked a federal judge to dismiss the case. The lawsuit was filed on May 6 in California.

In his lawsuit, Rymir, who is representing himself, accused Jay-Z of evading and obstructing justice.

He said Jay-Z fathered a child with an underage girl (Rymir’s mother Wanda) who is now deceased.

Rymir, 32, was raised by his Godmother, who “faced unrelenting efforts by [Jay-Z] and his enablers to suppress the truth and silence those who dared speak it.”

Rymir alleged that Jay-Z and other defendants “committed fraud upon multiple courts, misrepresented facts, interfered with procedural due process, and exploited legal systems in multiple jurisdictions to to suppress Plaintiff Rymir’s paternity claim and prevent legal accountability.

However, Jay-Z fired back in court documents: “The fabricated allegations and claims have been addressed – and rejected – in multiple other courts, and continued harassment and disregard of those orders has already resulted in a contempt order.”

Jay-Z, who is married to pop singer Beyoncé, asked a federal judge to dismiss the lawsuit. Jay-Z’s attorneys say that the matter has already been resolved in other courts and should be dismissed.
