One 4chan user wrote: “Yes, if you sent Tea App your face and drivers license, they doxxed you publicly! No authentication, no nothing. It’s a public bucket. DRIVERS LICENSES AND FACE PICS! GET THE f*** IN HERE BEFORE THEY SHUT IT DOWN!”

The hackers downloaded all data on the app, including face photos, drivers licenses, phone numbers, and addresses.

The Tea App registered over 1.6 million users since going viral on social media.

Tea App users are asked to provide their IDs and face photos to verify their identities. The app assured users that their photos and IDs would be deleted after the verification process.
