An apparent publicity stunt has landed country music star Lil Nas X in hot water. The “Old Town Road” rapper is charged with four felonies for assaulting 2 police officers in Los Angeles last week.
Nas, born Montero Lamar Hill, was arrested early Thursday on suspicion of battery after he was seen strutting down a main street wearing only his underwear and a pair of white cowboy boots.
Nas was completely naked when he charged at police officers and injured 2 of them.

Nas was initially taken to a hospital for suspicion of a drug overdose on Thursday. Later that day, he was booked into a Van Nuys, CA. jail, where he spent the weekend.
He faced a judge on Monday morning and pled not guilty to four felonies – 3 counts of battery of a police officer and one count of resisting an officer.
If convicted on all charges, Nas faces up to 10 years in prison.
A judge set bail at $75,000 and strict conditions related to drugs and alcohol.
