Chris Brown responded to fellow singer Kevin McCall, who complained that Chris owed him $3 million in song royalties.
Kevin made the comment during an emotional appearance on a podcast, where he explained he’s on EBT and he can’t make his $2,000 monthly child support payments to his ex, Eva Marcille.
Kevin, who co-wrote and produced several of Chris Brown’s hits, said he is owed $3 million in unpaid royalties. “I was supposed to get paid for my work, but none of it came through.”
He noted that Chris earned $90 million during his recent world tour. Kevin begged Chris for $25,000 to help him out.
“I’m not even trippin’ though. I got an EBT card in my pocket,” Kevin said. He held up his SNAP card before breaking down in tears.
