A paternity test has confirmed NFL star Stefon Diggs fathered Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s daughter named Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.
Aileen’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, confirmed the results of the paternity test to Page Six on Wednesday.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Tamar said. “Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”
Aileen, also known as “Lord Gisselle” on Instagram, filed a paternity lawsuit in December 2024. Charliee was born in April 2025, and the court ordered Stefon to submit a sample of his DNA for testing.
Cardi B, who is 8 months pregnant with Stefon’s unborn son, is ready to step into her role as stepmom to Charliee and all of Stefon’s other kids.
In September, Cardi B quoted singer Shirley Brown’s lyrics in her song “Woman to Woman”:
“Hello Shirley, it’s me Barbara… That’s your baby daddy, their baby daddy, my baby daddy too, girl,” Cardi said.
She added: “Well, what now? I don’t f–ing know. We’ll figure it out, b–h.”
Cardi was comfortable as part of estranged husband Offset’s harem of 4 baby mamas.
She accepted all of his offspring as her own – and now she’s ready to do the same with Stefon’s brood.

Stefon reportedly knocked up three other women, including Instagram model Cay Benji, who is reportedly pregnant with Stefon’s twins! She is mother to Stefon’s adorable 5-month-old daughter (pictured top).
Additionally, Stefon is expecting twins with K’yanna “KJ” Barber, best known as “Kiki” from Drake’s hit song “In My Feelings.”
