Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have settled their divorce after 11 years of marriage. The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and Tucker informed the court that they reached a settlement. They will provide the court with the settlement paperwork next week, TMZ reports.
The settlement covers child custody and a parenting plan. Kandi wants primary custody of son Ace and daughter Blaze.
Tucker told the court he was the primary custodian of the children while Kandi was away working in New York City. But she disputed his claims.
Tucker lived in an apartment attached to Kandi’s home once occupied by her daughter Riley.
He claimed he was only living in the apartment because Kandi put him out of the main house.

Tucker asked the court to award him spousal support because he’s broke. Kandi tried to help him out by financing multiple businesses for him. But all of the businesses failed.
A judge recently ordered them to pay $140,000 to the landlord of their failed restaurant business after they stopped paying the lease.

“Having all those different businesses has been a stressful situation,” Kandi said during a recent appearance on the “Question Everything” podcast.
“Doing things together is – we not on the same page. I just want to go back to my creative space,” she added.

Kandi announced their split in November. “After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce,” Kandi told PEOPLE exclusively.
“This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect. I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family.”
