Reality star Todd Chrisley reacted after a federal judge who sentenced him to prison was accused of having an affair with a cop.
Judge Eleanor Ross presided over Chrisley’s bank fraud case in 2022. She sentenced him and his wife, Julie, to prison in 2022 after they were convicted of bank and tax fraud.

According to court documents, a law clerk filed a complaint last September accusing the judge and her lover of having loud relations on multiple occasions in the judge’s chamber during the court’s business hours. The pair’s activity created an “uncomfortable” work environment for law clerks.
Todd Chrisley reacted to the news in an Instagram post on Thursday, saying he’s looking forward to seeing Judge Ross impeached.
“Federal Judge Eleanor Ross identified officially as the ‘Cheek Clapping adulterous fornicator’ in Fulton County Ga and who attended a political celebration for Fani Willis, the fund raiser must have been after hours seeing as how she was always ‘busy in her chambers during the work day as the madam of her own brothel. I look forward to seeing if she adds these credentials to her Wikipedia page as We look forward to seeing this disgrace of a judge impeached.”
The Atlanta Police Department is investigating whether an officer had an affair with the married federal judge while on duty.
Bloomberg Law reported that Judge Eleanor Ross received a private reprimand in February.
A special judicial conduct committee reprimanded Ross for having loud intercourse with Atlanta PD Deputy Chief Kelley Collier in her chambers within the earshot of law clerks. Judge Ross is married to fellow Judge Brian K Ross.

Deputy Chief Collier commands the Atlanta Police Department’s community services division, according to Bloomberg Law. Collier has worked for the Atlanta Police Department since 1998.
In a statement to 11Alive, the police department made an inquiry with the U.S. Court of Appeals to confirm the identify of the law enforcement officer. The Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference named Deputy Chief Collier in its report.
The APD said its department launched an investigation to determine whether Collier is indeed the APD officer named in the report.
Judge Eleanor Ross was appointed to the bench by former President Barack Obama during his second term.
