As most of you already know, Bobby Valentino was unceremoniously dropped from Ludacris‘ DTP Records. The pint sized crooner hooked up with another Atlanta outfit called Blue Collar Records and he plans to release his new album “Come With Me” on iTunes on April 29th.
I don’t know if this track is from the new CD, but I like it. “Itinerary” was written and produced by Bobby V. Other tracks on his new album are produced by Bill Jabar and his mainstay producers Tim and Bob, among others.
In a recent video interview posted on Stayondeck.com, Bobby V says music industry veterans are “really cut throat” and warns potential artists that it’s a rough business. “The people that you think really care about you probably don’t,” says Bobby, adding, “Don’t quit your day job.”

Thats good, I’m glad he bounced back from that situation
Um I could’ve sworn in an interview he said he asked to get off the label instead of them dropping him…There is a difference.
I like this song!!!! It’s cute.
I love Bobby’s voice…it really doesn’t matter what he sings…I just hope he doesn’t give up, because I would really miss hearing his work.
Everything is rough. If nobody wants to listen to you they don’t, you have to push yourself your label is just a boost.Your label can only take you so far.I thought he said he left, not got the boot.Song is ok.
I REALLY DONT CARE FOR HIM.
he has always had a good voice. so the dtp thing is final. dang i’m late! the man will b okay cuz he already has a lil name for himself. i loooooooove the song “anonymous”! he is singing at a top football players wedding this June. they requested him cuz they kinda know him and he is talented.
I can’t hear the song until I get home. I’m still confused about if he was Dropped vs. Left The Label
He is preaching the same message that everyone does when things don’t go smoothly. You make the best of your time on top of the world cause you could fall down real soon/easily.
He’s talented and at least he made it past whatever Mista did. He got the chance to come back onto the scene as a solo artist.
He probably got dropped or maybe it was amicable..no one knows besides who was in that room..as long as he doesnt start speaking sideways..Luda may just let him ride with saying he left
just saw him at the bp in buckhead. very nice guy. wish him much success!
I like Bobby. I have all his music. However all tracks produced by Tim and Rob sounds just the same. Much success on the new album.
