The Department of Justice announced rapper Pooh Shiesty and his longtime collaborator Big30 kidnapped and robbed rapper Gucci Mane.

Shiesty, real name Lontrell Williams Jr., was arrested Wednesday in Dallas, Texas, and booked in connection to the federal kidnapping case, TMZ reports.

Six others were arrested for their involvement in the robbery.

The DOJ announced the news on Thursday after Shiesty and his father, Lontrell Williams Sr. were arrested.

The screenshot above shows Shiesty ambushing Gucci Mane outside a recording studio in October 2025. Shiesty allegedly stole Gucci Mane’s wedding ring, among other valuables.

The DOJ says several of the alleged robbers posted photos online showing off the stolen items.

FBI agents executed search warrants at the Memphis-area home of the rapper’s father, Lontrell Williams Sr., on Wednesday. Williams Sr. (pictured left) was taken into custody, according to TMZ.

Six other suspects were arrested across three cities: Memphis, Nashville and Dallas, according to the DOJ. Big30 is still on the run.

In January 2022, Shiesty pleaded guilty to shooting a man at a hotel in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, in October 2020. The victim survived. Shiesty faced life in prison, but he accepted a plea deal in exchange for 5 years behind bars.

The aspiring rapper was released from a federal prison in October 2025 after serving 3 years of his sentence.

There were reports that he was back in federal custody as of January 2026, with a pending release date of April 2027.

Shiesty (left) was an independent rapper before signing with Gucci Mane’s 1017 record label in April 2020.

According to Memphis insiders, Shiesty and aspiring rapper Big30, reunited after Shiesty was released from prison in October 2025.

Shiesty and Big30 robbed Gucci Mane at gunpoint and stole his wedding ring. Allegedly, Lontrell Williams Sr. was also at the recording studio when the robbery went down.

Shiesty intended to get out of his recording contract with Gucci Mane by robbing him.

“I do feel like if it had no truth to it, that Gucci would’ve debunked it more forcefully,” Podcaster Adam22 said. “I’m not saying that he necessarily took the ring from him, but it does seem like Gucci Mane very much had plans on Pooh Shiesty being his artist and continuing to work with him when he got out of prison.”

“On the first tour there was a lot of conversation around her first performance, and she worked really hard to get to that point, but she still wasn’t going for it,” Jay-Z told GQ magazine. “She still was going through the motions. And then she just started fighting back. I saw her fight maybe for the first time in her life.”

He dismissed accusations that Blue got her big chance because she’s a Nepo baby.

“Like, not everything is just given to her and [not] everything is easy,” he said. “She fought for it.”

Jay-Z is also in Paris, France with his family, including Beyoncé, but she’s extremely paranoid about the paparazzi after these pictures from her Super Bowl 2013 halftime performance went viral.

Only one photographer is authorized to take photos at Bey’s concerts. All other requests from photographers to shoot her concerts are denied.

Jaden Ivey’s wife, Caitlyn, says he’s lying for attention. She addressed Jaden’s accusations that she ghosted him after the Chicago Bulls released the shooting guard on Monday.

In an Instagram Live, Jaden said Caitlyn and his family “betrayed” him and she wouldn’t return his text messages.

“Those who are around me, those who are my family members are betraying me because of what I spoke. The truth. Betraying me. Saying that I’m losing my mind. Saying that I’m crazy. Saying that I don’t know the truth. These are my own family members who love me. My blood,” he said.

“My wife isn’t here, and she’s not even texting me,” he added.

The mom-of-three responded to a follower in her Instagram Stories on Wednesday.

“We were communicating all morning of that day. People say things for attention, do not be deceived,” Caitlyn wrote after the Bulls confirmed Jaden will receive his full $10.1 million salary.

She continued: “If you know me, you know I have never abandoned that man through all the trials. And I still haven’t now. There is obviously a lot more going on, so leave your conspiracies and guesses to yourselves.”

Caitlyn was a volleyball player for Purdue, where she met Jaden, a star player on the Boilermakers’ basketball team.

On the “Spectrum Sports” podcast in January 2025, Jaden, 24, regretted his life of sin. Jaden said he and Caitlyn “fornicated” before they were married and he was addicted to p0rn. He also admitted abusing his wife.

“Before I married my wife, we had went through trials together,” Jaden said. “I dealt with anger, she had to deal with a lot of anger that I had in my heart, and that turned into me somewhat of an abuser. I’m not saying that was it, there was things that I tried to fill in my heart. … I’m so grateful for my wife because she’s been there for me through thick and thin like through every bad moment of my life.”

Jaden was in the final season of a 4-year rookie contract that he signed after the Detroit Pistons drafted him with the No. 5 pick in 2022.

The Bulls acquired him from the Pistons in February ahead of this season’s trade deadline.

Jason Whitlock Blames “Single Mama, Baby Mama Culture” for Jaden Ivey’s Problems

Jason Whitlock blames “single mama, baby mama culture” for Jaden Ivey’s downward spiral in the NBA. Ivey was waived by the Chicago Bulls on Monday after he criticized the NBA’s Pride Month celebrations.

The devout Christian referred to the NBA’s Pride celebrations as “unrighteousness.”

Fans expressed concern for Ivey’s mental health after he began proselytizing in multiple videos.

Sports journalist Sage Steele wondered why the NBA didn’t provide mental health resources for the 24-year-old player.

Now Jason Whitlock is weighing in with his unique perspective. Whitlock claims Ivey was “poisoned” by the “single mama, baby mama culture that’s pervasive throughout Black culture.”

Ivey’s mom is Niele Ivey, the head coach of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish women’s basketball team. She also played basketball for Notre Dame and she played for the Indiana Fever, Phoenix Mercury and Detroit Shock in the WNBA.

Whitlock blames Niele Ivey for exposing her son to the WNBA lifestyle, which he calls “degenerate” and “perverse”.

He said “Jaden Ivey is calling out for help. You wonder why young men have no sexual discipline? They were molested at 11, 12, and 13 years old by grown women who convinced themselves they don’t need a man…”

“Jaden Ivey’s background poisoned him,” Whitlock continued. “And we know about the sexual history and the sexual culture of the WNBA. It’s degenerate, it’s perverse, it’s gay.”

Whitlock criticized ESPN for ignoring Jaden Ivey’s story this week. He said Ivey’s story “is poison for ESPN.”

“This young man has been poisoned, and this story is poison for ESPN,” Whitlock explained. “It’s too much. It’s too deep. It touches on too many different third rails. It goes at topics that ESPN thinks, ‘Hey, there’s no consequences to this single mama culture. There’s no consequences to the LGBTQIA+ alphabet mafia movement.'”

Hershey Reverts to Original Reese’s Recipe Amid Public Backlash

Hershey will begin using original recipes for all of its products after the grandson of the inventor of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups criticized the company.

Brad Reese accused Hershey of replacing real milk chocolate and peanut butter with cheap artificial flavors.

After the public backlash, Hershey said it will revert to using classic recipes for all Reese’s products starting next year.

“Hershey is committed to making products consumers love and that means continually reviewing our recipes to meet evolving tastes and preferences,” the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

Hershey acknowledged some recipe changes but said it was trying to meet consumer demand for innovation. High cocoa prices also led Hershey and other manufacturers to experiment with using less chocolate in recent years.

In a LinkedIn post in February, Brad, the grandson of H.B. Reese, said Hershey replaced real milk chocolate and peanut butter with compound oil-based coatings and imitation peanut butter to cut corners and save money.

“How does The Hershey Company continue to position Reese’s as its flagship brand, a symbol of trust, quality and leadership, while quietly replacing the very ingredients (Milk Chocolate + Peanut Butter) that built Reese’s trust in the first place?” Brad Reese wrote.

“Reese’s became iconic because my grandfather built it on real ingredients and real integrity,” Brad added.

H.B. Reese invented Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in 1928 in the basement of his Hershey, Pennsylvania home. The candy originally sold for between 1 and 2 cents. Reese’s sons sold the company to Hershey in 1963.

The original Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups label from 1928 contained only 5 ingredients: peanut butter, milk chocolate, cane sugar, lecithin and dextrose (a form of glucose).

Today’s Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups label contains 15+ ingredients including sugar, peanuts, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, citric acid, lactose milk, various preservative and emulsifiers, and 14% milk solids.

Most people alive today have never tasted Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with the original real ingredients.

Sean Combs gets early prison release date again

Sean Combs received more good news in his fight to appeal his 4-year prison sentence.

Combs’ prison release date has been moved up again, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.

Combs, 56, is serving a 4-year prison sentence for transporting male escorts for prostitution purposes.

Last month, his prison release date was moved up to April 25, 2028.

His new prison release date was pushed up another 10 days to April 15, 2028.

Combs’ release date has been changed four times since he began serving his time at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

His release date was pushed back in November after he was caught drinking hooch (fermented wine made out of Fanta soda, sugar and apples).

Officials transferred Combs to a new unit to separate him from bad influence at the prison.

Combs agreed to participate in the prison’s Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP).

E! News reports that federal officials have declined to respond to multiple questions about Combs’ changing release dates.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is set to hear Combs’ appeal later this month.

In a March 13 filing, Combs’ defense team called the original 50-month sentence a “perversion of justice” and pushed for immediate release, an acquittal or at least a new hearing.

Combs’ legal team argued that the biased New York judge relied too heavily on conduct the jury did not actually find him guilty of during the eight-week trial.

But federal prosecutors argue that the sentence is justified because Combs is a menace to society.

In November 2025, Combs was convicted on 2 counts of transporting male escorts for prostitution in 2025. He was sentenced to serve 4 years and two months in federal prison.

Additionally, he was fined $500,000 and ordered to serve 5 years of supervised release.

A federal judge halted construction on President Trump’s massive $400 million ballroom with gilded gold columns at the White House.

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Richard Leon in Washington, DC, granted a preservationist group’s request to halt construction on the ballroom until the blueprint plans are reviewed and congressional approval is obtained.

After Trump’s historic reelection in 2024, he announced plans to build a 90,000sq ft ballroom on the site of the demolished East Wing.

However, the judge said Trump will need congressional approval to move forward with construction.

During a news conference in the Oval Office on Tuesday, Trump said he doesn’t need congressional approval because the project is being financed privately. No taxpayer dollars will be spent.

“We’ll appeal that… basically, he’s saying I need congressional approval, and he’s so wrong. This is being financed privately,” Trump told reporters.

He added: “It’s a donation that’s being given by companies, very rich companies, very rich people. So that for 150 years they’ve wanted a ballroom. Here, we’re going to have the finest ballroom, I believe, anywhere in the world.”

Trump recently revealed the U.S. military is building a “massive complex” under the privately-funded White House ballroom, and that construction is “ahead of schedule.”

The judge halted construction on the ballroom and the mysterious complex under the ballroom as well.
