Larsa Pippen is reportedly addicted to cosmetic surgery. The 50-year-old mom-of-four has gone under the knife multiple times in the past few months. A well-known plastic surgeon claims Larsa is attempting to transform herself into a Barbie doll.
Dr. Christopher Costa, founder of Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas, said the Bravo reality TV star has undergone a variety of cosmetic procedures.
“Larsa Pippen appears to have undergone what I’d consider a multi-phase aesthetic transformation… and there’s nothing subtle about it,” Dr. Costa told The U.S. Sun.
“Based on recent photos, I’d say she’s likely had lipo to the torso, possibly paired with a BBL to enhance her curves, plus a breast augmentation to boost volume and upper pole fullness,” he said.

Larsa debuted her new face and body on season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami, which premiered this month.
“The nose shows signs of a prior rhinoplasty, likely done to refine and lift the tip,” Dr. Costa noted.
Larsa is best known as the ex-wife of former Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippen. She is pictured with their son, Preston, in Italy late last year.
The younger generation knows Larsa as the cougar girlfriend of Michael Jordan’s youngest son Marcus Jordan, 34. The two split in 2024 and Marcus moved on with a girlfriend closer to his age.
Larsa is currently dating former pro basketball player Jeff Coby, 31.
Larsa also appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Traitors, Selling Sunset, and House of Villains.
