Jay-Z’s infamous elevator fight with Solange Knowles has resurfaced online, as fans wonder if Solange knows about the skeletons in her brother-in-law’s closet.

In the video, Jay-Z was seen attempting to block Solange’s kicks and punches, while bodyguard Julius struggled to hold Solange back.

Fans were surprised that Beyoncé didn’t do anything to help her husband. It seemed as if she chose her sister over Jay-Z.

However, a source tells Page Six that Solange is “supporting” sister Beyoncé “no matter what.”

“Solange let Beyoncé know she’s there for her sister and is available to talk anytime she needs,” the insider tells Page Six.

On Tuesday it was reported that Jay-Z’s accuser is considering filing criminal charges in New York City.

Solange has kept her distance from Jay-Z ever since that infamous elevator incident after the Met Gala in 2014.

But, according to the insider, “Solange reached out to Beyoncé the moment she heard about the allegations.”

Jay-Z’s attorneys filed a motion on Monday asking a judge to expedite the lawsuit against him. The attorneys also asked the court to force his accuser to reveal her identity or dismiss the case.

“Plaintiff’s request to proceed anonymously is procedurally improper and unsupported by law,” the filing stated. The lawyer cited a rule that “requires all parties to be named in their pleadings…”

“Mr. Carter should not have to defend himself in the brightest of spotlights against an accuser who hides in complete darkness while leveling allegations that describe the purported acts occurring in the plain sight of witnesses who could refute the plaintiff’s claims if only her identity was revealed,” the filing said.

The filing continued: “Mr. Carter deserves to know the identity of the person who is effectively accusing him — in sensationalized, publicity-hunting fashion — of criminal conduct, demanding massive financial compensation, and tarnishing a reputation earned over decades.”

A Utah man is in jail after he returned his used car to the dealership by driving it through the front doors. The incident occurred at a Mazda dealership in Sandy, Utah on Monday.

The unhappy customer purchased a used Subaru Outback, and discovered mechanical issues with the car within hours of buying it.

The frustrated customer asked staff to let him return the lemon to the dealership and get his money back.

However, the Mazda dealership told him that he bought the used car “as is” and he couldn’t return it.

According to Fox 13 News, the disgruntled customer warned that if they didn’t issue a refund, he would drive the car through the front doors.

The sales staff got their camera phones out and waited. The customer made good on his threat and drove the car through the front doors.

“I don’t want the car, I told you MFs. Call the cops,” the irate customer said as he got out of the wrecked vehicle.

The customer was arrested and charged with felony criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. ran for his life when he was attacked by a large mob of Palestinians while shipping for jewelry in London on Monday.

Despite being surrounded by his security, the mob chased Floyd to his SUV and a few men punched him in the face.

Cell phone video shows what happened before and after the fracas. Social media posts suggest the mob was angry over Floyd’s support of Israel.

The video shows Floyd walking in a mall surrounded by bodyguards and a growing mob of men. As the crowd closed in on him, Floyd ran to his waiting SUV and escaped with his life.

As he fled, the mob called him slurs that imply they think of him as less than a man.

One person tweeted on X: “Trust me. The people chasing after him are not representative of the British public’s opinion on the issue. These religious thugs have been emboldened by hypocrite leaders. I’d dare any of them to face Floyd 1to1. Cowardly mob.”

Another person tweeted: “Floyd Mayweather, more like Floyd Fruit Salad, running through London with his tail between his legs. The only thing he’s champion of now is cowardice.”

Luigi Mangione’s back pain was so severe that he couldn’t be physically intimate with anyone, his former landlord tells the New York Times.

RJ Martin, who owns the “co-living” space in Hawaii where Mangione lived for six months, said the former Ivy League student revealed to him that he was in constant pain over a pinched nerve and “misaligned spine.”

Martin said Mangione spoke of suffering from a back condition called spondylolisthesis since childhood.

Mangione posted an X-ray on social media that shows surgical screws in his sacral spine following surgery on his lower back.

“He knew that dating and being physically intimate with his back condition wasn’t possible,” Martin told the Times. “I remember him telling me that, and my heart just breaks.”

Mangione, 26, is suspected of ambushing and killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Manhattan on Dec. 4.

Police captured Mangione on Monday, Dec. 9 after responding to a 911 call from a McDonald’s restaurant in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

He faces second-degree murder and other charges. Mangione attended an extradition hearing on Tuesday and is expected to be extradited to New York City to await trial.

Mangione may not be extradited to New York until early 2025.

Influencer Dominique Brown, who cofounded Black Girl Disney, died tragically of an anaphylactic reaction after eating food at a BoxLunch event on Dec. 5. She was 34.

The deadly incident happened at Vibiana in Los Angeles, where members of the BoxLunch Collective were celebrating the holidays. A witness who attended the event said the staff assured Brown there were no peanuts or byproducts in the food.

But the food that Brown ate probably contained peanuts — unbeknown to the staff. Brown began to experience symptoms of anaphylactic shock. But before she could react, her throat swelled, cutting off her oxygen supply. She went into cardiac arrest and died.

In a statement to PEOPLE and Us Weekly, BoxLunch said: “We are devastated by the passing of Dominique Brown, a beloved member of the BoxLunch Collective, who suffered a medical emergency at an event hosted by BoxLunch Thursday in Los Angeles. Our hearts go out to her family and friends, and we will do everything we can to support them and the members of the BoxLunch Collective and our team during this painful time.”

Brown’s brother, Patrick Ramos, thanked her supporters in the comments of Brown’s last Instagram post. “I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to her social media fam for showing her so much love and light,” he wrote. “Disney did bring her joy, but it was unparalleled that she found a community who loved her and Disney as much as she did. I will miss my sister and best friend and that infectious smile she always had.”

Brown is among 33 million Americans who have at least one food allergy, according to Food Allergy Research & Education.

Brown’s life could have been saved if someone had an EpiPen.

EpiPens are epinephrine auto-injectors that quickly reverse the symptoms of anaphylaxis. But the pens are expensive and most Good Samaritans in the public don’t know how to use them during a life-threatening emergency.

“As a community, we need to be informed and ready to act so that this doesn’t happen anymore. Or, if it does happen, so we are able to assist,” Food Allergy Research & Education said in a statement.

Unfortunately, EpiPens and epinephrine auto-injector alternatives are still too expensive. Low-cost alternatives aren’t available over the counter.

A 2-pack of EpiPen costs $600 while an EpiPen alternative at CVS costs $109.99.

In an amended lawsuit on Sunday, a woman described banging on limousine windows outside the Radio City Music Hall seeking a ride to one of the VMAs after parties. She claimed Sean Combs’ limo driver gave her a lift to a private house party after telling her she was Combs’ type.

At the house she was given an alcoholic drink that was drugged and she went into a bedroom to sleep it off.

There, she was allegedly assaulted by both rappers while a celebrity woman watched. The mystery woman was identified in the lawsuit as “Celebrity B.”

Revolutionary poet and civil rights activist Yolande Cornelia “Nikki” Giovanni Jr. has died at age 81.

Giovanni died peacefully, surrounded by her family, friends and life partner, Virginia (Ginney) Fowler on Monday, December 9. She died from natural causes after her third cancer diagnosis, her friend and author Renée Watson said in a statement.

Renowned for her powerful contributions to literature and society, Giovanni leaves behind a legacy that resonates with generations of readers, artists, and scholars.

Giovanni published her first poetry collection, “Black Feeling Black Talk,” in 1968. In it, Giovanni writes about the intersections of love, politics, loneliness and race.

Giovanni was a regular guest on Soul!, a Black arts and culture talk show on WNET. Her conversation with the acclaimed writer James Baldwin came after she was named “Woman of the Year” by both Ebony magazine and Mademoiselle.

Giovanni and Baldwin later became icons of the LGBTQ+ community. Their conversation was most notable for this exchange:

Giovanni taught English at Virginia Tech for more than three decades. She expressed concerns about one of her students, who would go on to murder 32 people in the Virginia Tech shooting in 2007.

Speaking about the shooting, Giovanni told NPR, “Killing is a lack of creation. It’s a lack of imagination. It’s a lack of understanding who you are and your place in the world. Life is an interesting and a good idea.”

She was working on her last book of poetry when she died. The book, titled “The Last Book,” will be published in 2025.

Giovanni is survived by her partner Virginia Fowler, son Thomas Giovanni, granddaughter Kai Giovanni, and extended family.
