Adele dismissed rumors that she and sports agent Rich Paul were back on the market.

Adele shared photos of herself with boyfriend Rich Paul posing outside their new mansion.

Adele, 34, confirmed she and Rich, 40, moved into a $58 million mansion together outside the mega mansion formerly owned by Sylvester Stallone.

Adele posted a photo gallery of herself with Rich on Instagram. She responded to break up rumors after the sports agent apparently missed her birthday to party with his client LeBron James and others last week.

Adele's fans say Rich Paul's body language proves he's not that into her.

In January there were reports that Adele was interested in purchasing the 18,587 sq. ft. mansion. Stallone reportedly had difficulty unloading the 8-bedroom, 12 bathroom manse that he bought in the '90s.

In May 2021, Stallone slashed the price from $110 million to $85 million but there were no takers. Stallone chopped the price again to $58 million and Adele purchased the house in January.

There's a reason why Adele is the queen of breakup songs - she can't keep a man no matter how hard she tries.

Sources tell Page Six that the British pop star didn't cancel her Las Vegas residency because her crew tested positive for COVID.

They say Adele couldn't get through rehearsals because she was arguing on the phone with her cheating boyfriend, sports agent Rich Paul.

Sources say Paul (right) spends most of his time with his boys or with rumored ladies of the night.

Adele was "shouting and sobbing" on the phone to Paul, her boyfriend of six months, during rehearsals, a source told Page Six.

"Adele's been crying and couldn't get through a single full rehearsal for the past month," said a source linked to the management team at Caesars Palace in Vegas.

Adele was reportedly set to make over $1 million per show, earning her more money than any act in Vegas history.

But problems arose early on, as Adele expected Paul to show up for rehearsals and he didn't.

"She has barely rehearsed because she is constantly in the middle of an emotional shootout," the source told Page Six.

Scott Roeben, a Las Vegas-based journalist for Casino.org, told Page Six that Vegas insiders are now worried that Adele will permanently cancel the concerts -- like she's done over in England.

"There are rumblings that there are stresses related to Adele's relationship. I'm told that these stresses caused her to be in a place where she was just not confident moving forward," he said. "You can't focus if you're not where you need to be in your head."

Adele angered her loyal fans when she canceled her upcoming Las Vegas residency due to COVID cases among her vaccinated crew.

The red-faced singer recorded a video tearfully explaining why she canceled her entire residency, but fans were unsympathetic.

Fans who paid thousands of dollars for tickets lashed out at the British pop star for behaving like a Diva. They say she's a narcissist who only cares about herself.

Two sisters who found out about the cancellation while on a plane from New York to Las Vegas were left heartbroken and angry, according to DailyMail.com.

Another family who paid half a year's salary for tickets were waiting to board their plane when they learned of the cancellation.

Thomas Wright and a friend flew from South Carolina to Las Vegas for opening night. They found out the show was canceled when they landed. They are out over $2,500 for tickets, flight and hotel accommodations.

"When you land in Vegas but Adele canceled her shows," Wright tweeted.

Fans might have gone easy on the emotional pop star, but Adele has a history of disappointing them.

An irate fan tweeted:

"I cannot stand Adele & can't understand how she still has fans. She let them down in London cancelling last minute & now again. Dos she not realize it's not just about the tickets; people pay a LOT of money to get to these places [sad emoji]. And that's without all hr COVID nonsense!"

Another fan wrote:

"Not the first time you've done this. I wonder how much you pocket du to covid shutting you down? Well I hope people learn. You should have just got on with it but the covid excuse is too easy."

Columbia Records

Adele's fans aren't the only ones who weren't excited about her new single "Easy On Me" upon first listen.

Adele's closest friends also weren't fond of her new single when they first heard it.

The megastar made her long-awaited comeback last week with her lead single from her fourth studio album, 30, which shattered the Spotify record for most streams in a single day.

Her friends were the first to warn her that "Easy On Me" was not easy on their ears.

"I sent a snippet of me singing it as I was writing it to three of my closest friends here," Adele told Greg James on the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show, "One didn't like it, the other one was like, 'Well, yeah, maybe, keep trying though.'"

Adele said she wasn't discouraged by her friends' responses to the tune.

"That was the perfect response for me. I'm such a knee-jerk person. I'll be like, 'I don't like it, forget it!' I'm like that with my music. I'm like that with just things I want to do. I'm like that with my feelings and stuff and I think it was clear to them (her friends) in the lyrics that I've bided my time and I wasn't reacting to a reaction or anything like that.

"It was just a feeling that I had stirred on for a while."

Adele's long-awaited album 30 is set for release on November 19.

After teasing fans with a snippet of her first single in six years, Adele dropped the full song and music video late Thursday.

The 33-year-old British singer released the lead single off her fourth studio album entitled 30, which drops next month.

Fans are eager to see her perform, however Adele is wary of hitting the road to tour during the pandemic, WENN.com reports.

She warned fans they may have to wait longer to see her live in concert while the Covid lockdowns continue around the world.

She tells The Hits Radio Breakfast Show with Fleur East:

"I'd love to do a big proper tour again. I wouldn't do it quite as long as I did it last time, it was something like 130 odd shows in less than 18 months but, I would love to do that.

"But all the Covid rules are so different everywhere, and sort of like the rates of infection, the rates of vaccine whatever, it's just, it makes me nervous trying to plan a world tour globally when it feels like no-one's really on the same page."

Adele added: "The last thing I would ever want to do is cancel any shows again."

While details of the Rolling In The Deep singer's album are being kept under wraps, she's been vocal about her personal struggles.

Pop singers Kelis and Adele are trending after teasing their new projects for their fans on social media.

Kelis teased her new single "Midnight Snacks" on Twitter on Tuesday. The 42-year-old "Milkshake" captioned the clip:

"This has been a long time coming... Midnight Snacks is dropping this Friday!! Pre-save."

Meanwhile, Adele shared a 22-second clip of an intro to her song titled "Easy On Me" -- along with the release date - October 15.

The B&W clip shows the British chanteuse popping a cassette tape into a tape deck. A piano chord plays while her sheet music scatters to the wind from a truck loaded down with her possessions.

Fans were ecstatic to finally hear new music from the pop star who hasn't been heard from musically since her album 25 was released in 2015.

While working on her fourth studio album - titled 30 - Adele took time off to divorce her husband and raise their son. Now she is set to release 30 at age 33.

Not everyone is pleased to hear Adele is releasing new music.

One Twitter user chastised American Blacks for celebrating a British lady while ignoring Black artists right here in America.

"Why don't y'all show the same love & support for our Jazmine Sullivan's, Ledisi's & Lalah Hathaway’s than y'all do for that British lady?"

Adele sparked outrage and concern on social media when she posted a photo that shows her wearing a Jamaican flag bikini top and her hair braided in bantu knots.

The 32-year-old pop singer snapped the photo at London's Notting Hill Carnival, according to the photo caption.

Adele further enraged Americans when she left a comment that appeared to mock the Jamaican dialect during the Monica vs Brandy Verzuz battle on Monday night.

"Wah Gwaan! Yow gyal, yuh look good enuh," she wrote. The rough translation is: "What's going on! Wow girl, you look good you know."

There are plenty of white Jamaicans on the island, but Adele is not one of them. It is considered offensive to native Jamaicans when non-Jamaicans attempt to speak Patois or Patwa and end up butchering the native language.

The reaction on Twitter was mixed as many defended the pop star, saying the message appeared to be Photoshopped.

While some claimed the singer was profiting off black culture, many pointed out the star grew up in Tottenham, London and has been surrounded by black culture all her life.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell, whose mother was born in Jamaica, commented on Adele's Instagram photo with two love heart emojis and two pictures of the Jamaican flag.

While British journalist Piers Morgan said the entire scandal was "absolute guff" on Monday's Good Morning Britain talk show.

Unrecognizable pop singer Adele thanked essential healthcare workers while celebrating her 32nd birthday with a new photo on Instagram.com.

In her first Instagram post since she lost 100 pounds last year, the Grammy-winning star shared a photo of her new look while thanking front line workers and healthcare personnel for their dedication to others during the much-politicized pandemic.

"Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you're all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels...
2020 okay bye thanks x."

The singer transformed herself while taking a hiatus from recording. Adele was said to be depressed following her failed marriage to ex-husband Simon Konecki.

Adele and Konecki share custody of 7-year-old son Angelo.

A source told PEOPLE Adele followed a strict diet and workout routine that included cross-training and full-body Pilates.

"She got to the point where she didn't feel great," said the source. "She knew she had to change something because she wants to be the healthiest mom possible."

Adele Adkins fans say she is jumping from the frying pan into the fire by dating grime star Skepta so soon after filing for divorce from her baby's father.

Adele is reportedly dating the British grime star after her expected split from her inattentive husband Simon Konecki.

WENN.com

The "Hello" singer, 31, is said to have been out on a number of dates with the musician - including for his 37th birthday last month. According to WENN.com, friends of the pair are "hoping and predicting" that they go on to become a "great couple".

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Adele and Skepta have been there for each other a lot after both their relationships split up."

"They have a close bond and there's definitely a special connection," the insider continued. "They're spending more and more time together. Some of their friends are hoping and predicting they could end up being a great couple one day."

But her fans worry that Skepta is a promiscuous man with an untold number of lonely females left in his wake.

This is the same Skepta who posed half naked on the cover of British GQ magazine with former supermodel Naomi Campbell last year, prompting rumors that they were dating. It was later reported that they broke up, most likely due to the 12-year difference in their ages.

Even though Adele's friends are hoping for a Love match, both Adele and the Shutdown star are said to be focusing on their children as their main priority.

The "Rolling in the Deep" star shares son Angelo with Simon, and Skepta - whose real name is Joseph Junior Adenuga, Jr. - became a father to daughter River last November.

The rumored couple have been pals for several years (though both were in relationships). The grime star told ES Magazine back in 2016: "Adele texts me all the time and keeps me in check. She speaks to me about how things are going."

The pop singer, who was raised by a single mom, filed for divorce from Simon last month, with both parties seeking joint custody of Angelo, and agreeing to settle financial issues in "private mediation".

Simon is expected to walk away with half of Adele's net worth.

Adele Prince

British chanteuse Adele finally lost at something. Prince Rogers Nelson was crowned America's top-selling album artist in 2016.

In the months following the music icon's untimely death in April 2016, the "Purple Rain" star's albums and songs sold a combined 7.7 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen Music.

The fashion at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards was uninspiring and lacked creativity. No one stood out on the red carpet -- unless you count CeeLo Green's ridiculous Stars Wars-inspired getup. Beyonce Knowles looked presentable in a red Peter Dundas sequined maternity gown. Other than that, no one else turned heads.
