St. Francis Hospital
Tulsa police have identified two doctors and two patients killed by a gunman who stormed an orthopedic clinic at St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK, on Wednesday.
The victims are identified as Dr. Preston Phillips, Dr. Stephanie Hussein, Amanda Green and William Love.
The victims were killed in an orthopedic clinic on the second floor of the Natalie Building around 2 p.m.
Authorities say the gunman went to the hospital with the intention of killing the doctor and "anyone who got in his way."
He reportedly told people to clear out of the clinic before the shooting began. Then he turned the gun on himself.
Dr. Phillips is a Harvard-educated orthopedic surgeon who performed back surgery on Lewis on May 19.
The 35-year-old gunman was upset because he continued to have back pain after the surgery. He repeatedly called the clinic complaining of back pain. He also complained of chronic back pain during an appointment with Dr. Phillips on May 31.
He returned to the clinic on June 1 with an assault rifle that he purchased that same day. A passerby said the gunman asked for Dr. Phillips by name.

Now we know why disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein needed assistance for his latest court appearance last week. Weinstein was clearly weak as he struggled to walk down steps following his court appearance on Dec. 6.
According to Weinstein's lawyer, he needs an operation to correct a back injury sustained in a car accident in August.
Attorney Donna Rotunno, who claims her client uses a walker, lashed out at the news media for suggesting Weinstein is faking his back injury to gain sympathy ahead of his upcoming sexual abuse trial.
"I was dismayed to see all the press coverage incorrectly stating that Mr. Weinstein was trying to garner sympathy at his court appearance," she said in a statement obtained by TMZ.
"Prior to entering the court, he wanted to leave the walker in the car, so it did not appear that he was looking for sympathy as he is not. The press surrounding his physical condition is mean spirited and false."
Prosecutors accused Weinstein of tampering with his ankle bracelet. A monitoring service was unable to track him on 56 occasions. The prosecutor asked a judge to raise Weinstein's bond from $1 million to $5 million.
Over a dozen women have accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct and abuse.
Weinstein's trial begins in January. He pleaded not guilty to charges he raped a woman in 2013 and performed a forcible sex act on another woman in 2006.
A middle-aged Tennessee woman wants an apology from a doctor who used ghetto slang to explain the cause of her lower back pain.
In an interview with CBS affiliate WERG in Memphis, Terry Ragland, 55, said she went to see Dr. Timothy Sweo in April for treatment of severe lower back pain.
“It’s one of those things where my hip seems to slip, like it’s slipping out of place a little bit. It’s painful when you get up to go walk it kind of slips, you know,” said Ragland, explaining her painful condition.
Dr. Sweo examined Ragland and diagnosed her with Lumbar Lordosis, a painful inward curvature of the lower spine that causes the tailbone to protrude outward.
“He said ‘I know what the problem is. It’s ghetto booty,’” said Ragland. "I think I blacked out after he said 'ghetto booty,'" she recalled.
