The national average gas price is holding steady at $4.32 per gallon. However, the West Coast has surpassed $7 a gallon at the pumps.

In Washington state, police warn motorists that criminals are using power tools to drill holes in tanks to steal gas. Car owners are left with huge repair bills.

Now police cross the country are seeing a different type of gas theft. Rather than steal gas from cars, some thieves are going straight to the source.

According to ABC13 News, thieves use trap doors under vehicles to steal as much as 360 gallons per day from gas stations.

The manager of one gas station in Houston noticed he was losing hundreds of gallons of gas per day. He reviewed his surveillance video and observed an SUV parked over the underground gas tank cover.

The robbers then unlock the cover and vacuum the gas into containers inside the SUV.

The manager told ABC13 the thieves returned three days in a row. On the 4th day he chased them away.

Cases of felony theft from gas stations are occurring all around the country, including Georgia, Virginia and California.

Todrick Hall says his Los Angeles home was burglarized and that at least $50,000 worth of jewelry and designer handbags were stolen.

Hall fears the burglary was an inside job committed by someone he allowed into his inner circle.

The famed choreographer was in London when someone broke into his home and stole his belongings worth $48,500. He admits he worries that it was a member of his "close circle" who knew he was out of the country.

He wrote on social media:

"This happened less than an hour after my cat sitter left my home, and I'm just happy that my cats have all been found and are safe.

"I'm taking a break from social media for a few days to wrap my head around this and get my mind together. Be careful who you let in your close circle. They really will put your life and their life on the line just to steal a Louis/Gucci bag. Sad."

The 36-year-old actor added:

"Just landed back in America to hundreds of messages and calls from my family and friends. I am ok and unharmed. I’m devastated that someone would do this to me, and even more disturbed to see people celebrating and laughing about it online."

Sources believe Hall, who is openly ghey, was victimized by "trade" he picked up and took home for intimate encounters.

"Trade" is slang for a young men in their 20s or early 30s who trades or exchanges sex for money or goods.

"Trade" are not necessarily homosexual or even bisexual. Sometimes they perform sex acts with men as a means of survival.

Kim Kardashian Heads To A Meeting In A Sexy Red Dress

Socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian squeezed her bod into a skimpy red minidress for a meeting in Los Angeles, California this morning. Kim recently went on a starvation diet to fit into her little sister's bikini.

LAPD investigators are looking into possible false reports of burglaries reported by Kim's sisters Khloe and Kourtney. Khloe claimed $250,000 worth of jewelry was taken from the home she once shared with estranged husband, Lamar Odom. And her sister Kourtney claims someone stole $50,000 in cash during a burglary at her Calabasas mansion. Apparently the police are skeptical that these "burglaries" may be fake, or even worse, insurance fraud. Khloe hasn't even lived in the home that was burglarized. Why would she leave $250K in jewelry in an empty house?

The investigators are talking to the camera crew for the Kardashian family's reality show to see if these burglaries are part of a script.

One of celebrity blogger Necole Bitchie's BFF's was busted this morning for grand theft. Now Necole is going into damage control mode to distance herself from her friend.

Apparently, Juanita Crimiel, 26, who passed herself off as a successful celebrity cook named Chef Juanita, befriended Necole who then introduced her to all of her industry friends.

Crimiel, as Chef Juanita, wove an intricate web of lies and deceit in order to scam Necole's industry contacts out of $20,095.21!

One of the celebrity victims who fell for the so-called "Chef" Juanita's lies was BET 106 & Park's co-host Rocsi.

Crimiel's latest caper involved shaving her head bald and pretending to be a cancer patient. Two weeks ago, she used a bogus email account to email me claiming "Chef Juanita" was dying of cancer. Two days later, I received another email from Juanita informing me that "Chef Juanita" was dead.
