The tables have turned for the NFL photographer who fell off a stage and fractured her back during the L.A. Rams Super Bowl rally.

Kelly Smiley was taking photos of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly, when she stepped back and plummeted off the 8-foot platform.

Smiley later took to social media to say she fractured her back, but she was "feeling okay".

Outraged Twitter users dragged Stafford for turning his back and walking away when Smiley fell.

But the tables have turned and now Smiley is being criticized for her old racist, homophobic tweets from nearly a decade ago.

Smiley quickly deleted her account, but not before Twitter users took screenshots.

Luenell threw shots at fellow comedian Bill Cosby who is planning a comeback standup comedy tour.

Bill Cosby, 83, was released from a Philadelphia prison on June 30 after he served three years of a three to ten year sentence on sex assault charges.

TMZ bumped into Luenell at L.A.'s LAX Airport, and she was adamant that Cosby should enjoy his newfound freedom at home. She said the alternative is taking the O.J. Simpson route -- and ending up back in prison.

Simpson, 74, was hit with armed robbery a decade after he was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife and her friend. Simpson served 9 years in prison for the robbery conviction.

Luenell says Cosby should learn from Simpson, and "go somewhere and sit down." She seemed to suggest Cosby will find himself back behind bars if he insists on touring -- since female groupies hang out backstage.

It's obvious that Cosby -- who is legally blind -- can't resist beautiful ladies.

Luenell, 62, also said Cosby is sure to be confronted by loud protesters wherever he goes.

At least one comedy club has banned Cosby from performing in his venue. The owner of NYC's famed Comedy Cellar says Cosby is not welcome there, according to TMZ.

An employee at a nursing facility in San Diego, California is taking responsibility for the deaths of 11 elderly Trump supporters.

The worker made the shocking confession in a private DM message to a user on Reddit.com.

"Hey, I work in a retirement home and care for lots of trump supporters in their last days," he wrote. "I can tell you with certainty that 11 people (all verified trump supporters) could have been resuscitated/prevented from [dying] had I taken the appropriate measures."

The person added: "I am literally letting you fuckers die off. These people vote like 100% of the time so it counts."

The man went on to blame Trump supporters on Reddit's pro-Trump forum, The_Donald, for his actions.

"Every time I come on The Donald and see something that fucking disgusts me (e.g. "Its Okay to be White" postings) I note it and then take it out on a trump supporter in the home I work at (for example I have loaded food with diuretics, withheld medicine and sample provided the incorrect medicine)."

The direct message was later deleted, but not before the recipient took a screenshot of the message and posted it to The_Donald and on 4chan, an Internet forum for hackers.

The worker, who appears to be Black, was quickly doxxed (identified) by 4chan. His contact information - including the facility where he works - were posted on both boards.

The man hastily deleted his Reddit and LinkedIn accounts. His comment history on Reddit is littered with anti-Trump commentary such as this comment about Trump supporters: "Literally the worst group of people in this country. Man I HATE THESE people so GODAMN much."

Less than 24 hours later, AMN Healthcare, which operates the nursing facility where the man works, confirmed the person is an employee who still works for the company.

"The individual who works for us is not a clinician, does not work in a clinical setting or work in a location where patients are cared for. However, we take this very seriously and are conducting a thorough investigation."

AMN Healthcare has not provided an update on Twitter.com in over 24 hours.

Question: Is the employee's hate speech protected under the First Amendment? Would you feel comfortable leaving your elderly loved one in the facility where he works?
