Rapper Eve is expecting her first child at age 42 with husband Maximillion Cooper. The Philly native, born Eve Jihan Jeffers, announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post on Friday.

The "Let Me Blow Ya Mind" rapper captioned a photo of her baby bump:

"Can you believe it @mrgumball3000 we finally get to tell everyone!!!!!. You all know how long we've been waiting for this blessing!!! We get to meet our lil human February 2022."

Eve suggested she had difficulty falling pregnant, probably due to her advanced age.

Cooper, a multimillionaire race car driver also shared the photo on his Instagram page. "Very excited to share this news ... we have a lil human on the way!"

Cooper is already father to four children - Lotus, 19, Jagger, 17, Cash, 15, and Mini, 13 - from a previous relationship.

Eve discussed being stepmother to four British teenagers in an interview with PEOPLE:

"It's been now 10 and a half years I've been in their lives and they've been in my life. They've grounded me. In the beginning, when I first met my husband — then-boyfriend — I was like, 'This is never gonna last because you got four kids! How's this gonna work?'

"But then I met the kids and honestly was like 'Wow, kids are amazing.'"

Eve's pregnancy comes just days before her new musical drama, "Queens," premieres on ABC TV on October 19.

Jeannie Mai has confirmed rumors that she and husband Jeezy are expecting their first child together.

The daytime TV host confirmed the rumors in an exclusive interview with Women's Health magazine.

"Jeezy and I have been kind of saving this and hiding this for five months," she tells Women's Health. "So, we're relieved to finally share the news."

The Real co-host said she hid her growing baby bump from her friends and associates for months.

Her co-hosts, Adrienne Houghton, Loni Love, and Garcelle Beauvais, had no idea she was expecting.

Jeannie, 42, and Jeezy, 43, are middle aged, so she struggled to conceived.

They finally opted for in-vitro fertilization (IVF), a cost-intensive procedure that ranges between $8,000 and over $100,000. The price doesn't include a surrogate and is not covered by insurance.

Jeannie chose to carry their baby herself despite the high risks to mom and unborn child.

"We both needed a bit of assistance, especially with me being 41 at the time," Jeannie explains. She told Women's Health she discovered she was pregnant about a month before the couple's March 2021 wedding at their Atlanta home.

However, soon after, she suffered a miscarriage. "I wondered if I was being punished. I wondered if I'd jinxed myself or cursed myself," says Jeannie.

A week after their wedding, she discovered she was pregnant again.

"It was the most beautiful sign that anything's possible, that you're not in control, and God has a plan," she says.

The baby is the first for Jeannie and the third for Jeezy.

"Being a mom is hands down the hardest role in the entire world," says Jeannie. "Now that we're bringing another Jenkins into the picture. I have no idea what to expect... He's an amazing dad," Jeannie says, and it "overwhelms me with even more love."

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton is reportedly pregnant with her first child at age 40. The father is her current fiancé Carter Reum, according to multiple news reports.

In January, Paris announced she underwent expensive IVF treatments to become pregnant.

"I'm really excited just to move on for the next step of my life and finally just have a real life, because I really do believe that having a family and having children is the meaning of life," she said at the time.

After watching her former friends start families of their own, Paris acknowledged her biological clock had run out of time. She decided to have a child to fulfill her life.

"I haven't got to experience that yet, because I didn't feel like anybody deserved that love from me. And now I finally found the person who does," she said.

In February Paris got engaged to Reum, a 40-year-old author, entrepreneur, investor and co-founder of VEEV Spirits liquor.

In 2003 Paris starred in The Simple Life with bestie Nicole Ritchie. The show was about two wealthy socialites slumming at low paying jobs for the first time in their lives. The show was canceled in 2005.

Paris signed with Donald Trump's modeling agency, T Management, at age 19.

She is the great-granddaughter of the late hotel baron, Conrad Hilton.

Rapper Chris "Ludacris" Bridges and his stunning wife Eudoxie Bridges are expecting baby No. 2 -- and my sources tell me it's a boy!

Eudoxie is 28 weeks pregnant with her second child and Luda's 4th child. The girl dad already has three daughters named Karma, 19, 7-year-old Cai, and 5-year-old Cadence (his daughter with Eudoxie).

Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage

Eudoxie shared photos of her baby bump on Instagram. The beautiful photos were taken by her proud husband, Luda, 43.

She captioned the photos: "Blessed year indeed."

Luda and Eudoxie met in 2009 when she was a medical student in Florida. She moved to Atlanta, where they got engaged in 2014. They were married on December 26, 2014.

Sources tell me Eudoxie longed to give Luda the boy he's always wanted. But her age, 35, places her in the high-risk category for pregnancy.

Her doctor may have advised in vitro fertilization (IVF) due to her age, but there's another reason IVF is so popular among celebrities.

Wealthy couples have the option to choose the sex of the baby during the procedure.

IVF works by combining the mother's mature egg with the dad's sperm in a test tube. Only his sperm containing Y chromosomes (male) are used, since women only have two X chromosomes. The male embryo (with X and Y chromosomes) is then implanted in the womb.

The procedure is very expensive and time-consuming because only sperm with Y chromosomes are chosen.

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, the Duke & Duchess of Sussex, are expecting their second baby, the couple announced on Valentine's Day.

Lia Toby/WENN.com

Prince Harry, 36, and his 39-year-old wife announced the news on Valentine's Day, sharing a beautiful B&W photo of themselves, barefoot, in a garden setting.

Duchess Meghan shows off her baby bump as she lay on the grass with her head in her husband's lap.

The photo was taken remotely via iPad by their friend and longtime photographer, Misan Harriman.

The news comes just months after the mom-to-be opened up about her heartbreaking miscarriage in July 2020. In America, doctors caution women about falling pregnant after age 35. Meghan will turn 40 on August 4.

The new baby will be a brother or sister for the couple's son Archie, who turns 2 in May.

A spokesman for the pair released a statement: "We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child."

Harry's family has also released a statement via Buckingham Palace, which reads: "Her Majesty, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and the entire family are delighted and wish them well."

The new baby will be the first of British royal descent to be born in the U.S. after the Duke and Duchess walked away from their duties as senior royals last year to pursue careers in movies and television in America.

After living rent-free in Tyler Perry's West Coast mansion, the former royals purchased their own home in California.

Prince Harry's baby news marked a special full circle moment for the Brit - his parents, Prince Charles and Princess Diana announced they were expecting him on Valentine's Day, 1984.

Pregnant mom blogger Emily Mitchell died unexpectedly after her doctor told her to undergo a fifth Caesarean section.

Mitchell, 36, died three days before Christmas, along with her unborn child, a boy named Joey. Her family said she was eating breakfast on Dec. 22 when she suddenly collapsed and "became unresponsive."

Mitchell was rushed to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. No cause of death was disclosed.

Mitchell, who homeschooled her 4 children in a farmhouse on Rhode Island, announced her fifth pregnancy on her lifestyle blog the Hidden Way on Nov. 19.

YOU GUYS. NUMBER FIVE... Who guessed the secret?!!! you've probably noticed I've been a little MIA.. welp this be the reason lol ... Number FIVE comin in hot and we are here ... for ... it 11 weeks 2 days and counting.

Mitchell had hoped for a home birth, but she was advised by her doctor to undergo her fifth Caesarean section. She defended C-sections in a post to her 112,000 followers on December 8.

"This will be my FIFTH C-Section. However your baby gets here, just know YOUR EXPERIENCE is valid and worthy. YOU are no less a mother if you needed emergency medical intervention, had a planned c-section, or an epidural. You aren't a 'better' mother if you had a home birth or an unmedicated vaginal birth. And if you grew your brood through adoption or surrogacy or family blending? Those are YOUR babies and YOU SIT PROUDLY at the table of motherhood.?
?
"It's not a competition. There aren't awards handed out for homebirths or all-natural births. If you've been blessed with that, then that is incredible. Truly!! But if you haven't, please know and believe you have STILL BEEN BLESSED. You aren’t less-than, or second-class for needing to rely on a team of doctors for surgery. ALL that matters is that you have a child brought into the world. Entrusted to you to love and nurture."

According to Healthline.com, the most common reasons for a C-section are breech birth, fetal distress, and uterine rupture, which is the reason social media influencer Chrissy Teigen lost her unborn son.

Congratulations are in order for the LaFlares, Keyshia Ka'Oir and Gucci Mane, who are apparently expecting their first child together.

Keyshia surprised her Instagram followers on Friday, when she posted a photo of her small baby bump. The mother-of-three captioned the image: "I ain't athletic but on @laflare1017 D I did gymnastics."

The 35-year-old entrepreneur and socialite already has three children, two daughters and a son from a previous relationship.

Gucci Mane also has a 13-year-old son from a previous relationship.

Keyshia and Gucci, 40, tied the knot in 2017 after dating for several years. The couple met on the set of his music video in Atlanta.

She waited for him when he served time in prison, and he rewarded her financially when he was released.

Before she was Mrs. LaFlare, Keyshia worked as a celebrity stylist on music video sets and photo shoots.

With Gucci's money, she branched out into business ventures, including her own makeup line, Ka'Oir Cosmetics.

There is some mystery surrounding her age (some say she's at least 5 years older than her stated age). That would put her in the high-risk pregnancy category.

LeToya Luckett is pregnant with her second child. The former Destiny's Child star took to Instagram on Thursday, March 19, to announce she and husband Tommicus Walker are expecting a new addition to the family.

"Dear God, thank you. Growing & glowing in your light & love! Overjoyed & grateful for our little bundle," she captioned a photo of herself in a white dress on the rocks by the beach, showing off her blossoming bump.

The happy news comes 14 months after the 39-year-old welcomed daughter Gianna in January, 2019. The couple is also parents to Walker's daughter Madison, 7, from his previous marriage.

Luckett and Walker were married in a lavish ceremony at Villa Antonia in Austin, Texas in December, 2017.

The singer joined up with Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and LaTavia Roberson to form Destiny’s Child in 1993, but she and Roberson were replaced by new members Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin after they expressed interest in hiring their own manager, outside of Beyonce's controlling father Mathew Knowles, in 2000.

Women who fall pregnant after age 34 are at increased risk for complications. A high-risk pregnancy is one that threatens the health or life of the mother and her unborn baby. It often requires specialized care.
