Da Brat opened up about her intimate relationship with Atlanta entrepreneur Jesseca Dupart on the season premiere of "Growing Up Hip-Hop."

"There's so much going on in my life and my world right now," the 46-year-old rap artist said. "Recently, I decided to let y'all in on my life a little bit, you know what I'm saying?"

The "Funkdafied" rapper, whose relationships rarely last longer than 3 years, said the Coronavirus lockdown made her and 38-year-old Jesseca's bond stronger.

"I think we're a great couple together. Quarantine can make you or break you and we are still here, baby. So we must be doing alright. And it feel good to be happy out loud."

Da Brat is self-conscious about her weight gain as her body transitions into menopause.

After the two women met in Atlanta, Brat said she initially didn't want Jesseca to "look" at her for "too long" because she didn't want to expose her many "imperfections."

"I was just real nervous and scared," she said. "At first I would hide behind furniture when she would talk to me. I would cover up my face when I laughed."

"It was the cutest thing ever," said Jessica.

"Like nobody probably would ever expect me to act like that," Da Brat added.

Brittney Griner

YouTube

WNBA star Brittney Griner is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The emotional wrecking ball of her personal life has taken its toll on her physically and emotionally.

In a new interview with ESPN, Griner called her "marriage" to WNBA player Glory Johnson "a huge mistake."

Griner, 25, broke down and cried as she told ESPN's Kate Fagan that the last 10 months have been "emotional" for her.

On Friday, Griner filed for an annulment of her "marriage" to Johnson, a day after Johnson announced her surprise pregnancy on social media.

Just weeks before the "marriage," Griner and Johnson were arrested for domestic violence. Griner called her fight with Johnson "mutual combat," and she said she should have walked away.

Griner called the marriage a "fraud" and she said she didn't know about Johnson's pregnancy. Griner hopes to annul the "marriage" so she won't be on the hook for child support for another man's baby.

Griner said she had text messages that prove she did not want to go through with the forced wedding.

When asked what her next step would be, Griner, who plays for the Tulsa Shock, said, "Just submerge myself in basketball... "Practicing, getting the team better, getting myself better and just counting these next six games until I get back on the court."

Kaitlyn Hunt jailed

A 19-year-old Florida woman was jailed for violating a court order prohibiting her from contacting her 14-year-old girlfriend.

The gay community rallied behind Kaitlyn Hunt when she was arrested and expelled from school for having sex with a minor earlier this year. Hunt was arrested in February and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor. At the time of her arrest she was 18 and the unidentified minor was 14. The younger girl's mother reported Hunt to police after she learned of their relationship.

The Florida media flooded the news with angelic pictures of the blond haired, blue eyed teen, hoping to win sympathy for her -- and boost news ratings.

The saturation news coverage worked. 300,000 people signed an online petition asking the prosecutor's office to go easy on the young lesbian. Overnight, Hunt became a young symbol of gay oppression and gay love. Facebook pages sprang up in defense of her unrequited love for a child.
