Tristan Thompson says he will never be a part of Maralee Nichols' son's life, but he will contribute to their child financially.

Thompson fathered Theo with the personal trainer during a night of passion in early 2021. She gave birth to her first child, and his fourth, in December 2021.

"She's truly focused on raising Theo," a source told Us Weekly, adding that the 31-year-old fitness trainer is "navigating motherhood as a single mom."

An attorney for Thompson told Page Six on Wednesday that the NBA free agent "is paying, and has paid, child support to Ms. Nichols retroactive to the date she delivered the child" on Dec. 1.

But since then, he has made no effort to be a part of the boy's life.

Earlier this year, a rep for Nichols said Thompson had "done nothing" for Theo and provided zero "financial assistance," for the boy.

However, Thompson has since caught up on his monthly child support checks. But that's as far as he's willing to go for his child.

"Tristan has still made no attempt to meet his 8-month-old son, Theo," a told Page Six insider reveals. "It was not until recently that Tristan started paying child support."

Nichols filed a paternity lawsuit against Thompson, 31, claiming he impregnated her in a Texas hotel room during his 30th birthday weekend in March 2021.

At the time, he was still romantically involved with Khloé Kardashian, but they have since parted ways. The former couple recently welcomed a son via a surrogate. They are already parents to 4-year-old daughter, True Thompson.

Khloe Kardashian lashed out at her cheating baby daddy, Tristan Thompson in the finale of The Kardashians on Wednesday night.

An emotional Khloe broke down as she recalled the moment she found out she would be a new stepmom.

In the scene, Khloe tells Kim Kardashian over the phone, "Let me f**king call him. I can't f**king believe this. I just want the truth."

Through dry tears Khloe slammed Thompson for "humiliating" her in public again by fathering a child out of wedlock with a personal trainer in Houston.

"It's a joke. It's embarrassing," she sobbed.

"Khloe later told viewers in a confessional that she found out about Maralee Nichols "with the rest of the world".

She added, "I feel not really in my own body, like these things are just happening, and I'm just going through the motions," adding, "but when things happen to you a couple times you do kind of become immune to them, which is really sad."

In December 2021 Maralee Nichols gave birth to Tristan's son. He has not yet met his second son, according to a frustrated Maralee.

He also shares 3-year-old daughter True Thompson with Khloe.

Khloe and Tristan have dated on and off since 2016.

Tristan Thompson still refuses to pay child support for the son he fathered with Houston personal trainer Maralee Nichols.

Maralee, 31, packed up and moved to the West Coast before giving birth to their son, Theo Nichols, on December 1.

A judge ordered Tristan, 30, to pay Maralee $40,000 a month after a paternity test proved he was the father. The NBA star later confirmed that he fathered the boy during a four-month fling with the IG model.

He also apologized to on-again, off-again girlfriend Khloe Kardashian for "humiliating" her.

Maralee's representative told media outlets that Tristan has "done nothing" to support his infant son.

"Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son," Harvey Englander told Page Six. "He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance."

Sources say Tristan still refuses to pay Maralee even after she embarrassed him in the news media. It will likely take a judge's order to make him pay.

Meanwhile, Tristan happily acknowledges and supports his children with Khloe, 37, and his first baby mama Jordan Craig, 30.

Maralee Nichols, the mother of Tristan Thompson's youngest son, has revealed the boy's name.

Theo Thompson was born on Dec. 1 in Santa Monica, California.

The NBA star's name is not on his son's birth certificate because he disputed his paternity when his son was born. Nichols also said Thompson's "name was not on the birth certificate because he was not present at Theo's birth."

In an Instagram Story, Thompson confirmed that he fathered the child with the personal trainer, apparently during a one night stand in a Houston hotel last year.

Nichols, 31, explained the meaning behind her son's name.

"Theo, my little angel baby. I named you Theo because it means, 'Gift from God,'" Nichols said in a statement to PEOPLE Thursday.

"I had never been pregnant and had been told I might not be able to have children. I couldn't believe I was pregnant, when I saw you on the ultrasound and heard your little heartbeat I knew I would always protect you and keep you safe. I love you more than you'll ever know. You bring such joy and happiness into my life. My greatest blessing."

Nichols' rep told PEOPLE that Thompson has never met Theo, and he "has done nothing to support their son."

"He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance," it added. "In the future, we hope that reporters covering this situation contact us to confirm any facts before publishing."

Maralee Nichols claims NBA star Tristan Thompson hasn't made an effort to meet their infant son.

Nichols, 31, was seen enjoying a tender moment with her baby on Friday morning amid reports that the NBA star has not seen his son or offered financial support.

Nichols' representative confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the Chicago Bulls star has "not paid her a dime in child support" since he was born in December.

The fitness trainer and IG model was seen with her 2-month-old son after the NBA star received backlash online for flaunting his luxury lifestyle after posting photos inside a private jet. One Instagram user commented "Where your new baby at tho [sic]." While another wrote, "Got time to be a dad now?"

Many others were quick to accuse Tristan of doting on his favorite child, 3-year-old True, his daughter with Khloe Kardashian. True is often featured in Tristan's instagram posts and he spends a great deal of time with her.

One person commented "this is awful. He's in his daughter life with khloe but absent for his other kids." While another person wrote, "Why don't you post pics of your new Son?... The reason why you are such this great Dad to True and not your Son's is because you will lose all your clout if you stopped being a 'superDad' to True. [sic]"

Tristan confirmed the news that he had fathered a child with Maralee in a statement posted to instagram last month, but he has yet to meet his son.

Tristan Thompson treated his favorite date, daughter True Thompson, to dinner at a Japanese restaurant on Thursday night. "My favorite type of date nights," Tristan captioned an Instagram Story video, while his 3-year-old daughter chowed down on Japanese food.

The 30-year-old NBA forward signed a new contract with the Chicago Bulls after he was waived by the Pacers.

Last week, he was traded from the Sacramento Kings to Indiana after playing 30 games.

Tristan took to his Instagram to thank his Pacers teammates after spending a week with the team.

BACKGRID

"thank you for everything! I really appreciate all the love and energy I received from everyone from the organization and the fan base. I always admired the @pacers franchise and have had some amazing playoff battles. Even though my time was short, I appreciated every minute of it."

He continued:

"Even though I'm gone, my two brother [sic] in this picture will do some great things and make this organization and city proud. Love these two guys. Will always be watching them and cheering them on. Till next time Indy. Thank you."

The news of the trade comes as Tristan's third baby mama, Maralee Nichols, complained that she still hasn't received a child support check for their infant son, and the NBA star has not met the boy who was born December 1.

Tristan is currently paying $120,000 a month for his three children. But his NBA career may soon come to a close. He reportedly told Nichols that he will retire in 2023. At that time, he will likely ask a judge to decrease his child support payments.

Tristan Thompson's third baby mama Maralee Nichols is back in the news after apparently spending the first check from Tristan after his son's birth on December 1.

Nichols' representative confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the Indiana Pacers star has "not paid her a dime in child support" since December.

Nichols has a luxury lifestyle to maintain after moving from her humble home in Houston to the Los Angeles area.

Tristan has two other children - his first son, Prince, 5, by Jordan Craig, and his first daughter, True, 3, with Khloe Kardashian. He reportedly shells out $40K each in monthly child support for all three children for a total of $120K a month.

However, Nichols' rep tells ET that she is still waiting for her second check from the pro baller, who has never met his son.

Tristan has "done nothing to support their son. He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance," the rep complained to ET.

There's no law that says Tristan has to meet his infant son, but he is required to support the child.

Tristan Thompson attempted to pay Maralee Nichols $75,000 to abort their unborn son last year. Instead, she packed her bags and moved to California. Her son was born there on December 1.

Now a California judge has ordered Tristan to pay Nichols $40,000 a month in temporary support for the newborn.

The child support amount is based on Tristan's NBA salary of nearly $10 million in 2021. The judge also reviewed Maralee Nichols' bank records and determined she needed the extra support.

The judge considered the other child support payments Tristan is paying to Khloe Kardashian, the mother of his 3-year-old daughter, True, and Jordan Craig, mother of his son Prince, 4.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tristan is paying $40k per month for his son, and $34k per month for his daughter, based on Khloe's net worth of $50 million.

With all three child support payments combined, Tristan is paying over $1 million a year. The 6'-9" Sacramento Kings forward has earned over $116 million since he was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2011.

Tristan Thompson hopes to impregnate his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Khloe Kardashian, if she takes him back. The couple share 3-year-old daughter, True Thompson.

MTO News spoke with a source close to the Kardashian Kamp who insist Tristan is begging Khloe to forgive him after he dropped a baby in another woman.

According to MTO:

"Our snitch tells us that Tristan is even promising to get Khloe pregnant again, if she takes him back.

"Tristan told Khloe that if she takes him back they can have more babies and build on their family. He was reluctant to have any more kids with Khloe before this [cheating incident] happened."

They will have to hurry because Khloe's eggs are past the 35-year expiration date.

It isn't clear if Khloe, 37, is speaking to Tristan after a DNA test confirmed he fathered a baby boy with fitness trainer Maralee Nichols.

Last week Khloe took to her Instagram Story to share an emotional message about surviving difficult times.

"There's going to be very painful moments in your life that will change your entire world in a matter of minutes. These moments will change YOU. Let them make you stronger, smarter and kinder. But don't you go and become someone that your not. Cry. Scream if you have to. Then you straighten out that and keep it moving [sic]."

2021 was not a good year for Khloe Kardashian. Sources say Khloe is in a bad place after the news broke that her ex Tristan Thompson fathered a child with Maralee Nichols, a personal trainer in Houston. The baby boy was allegedly born in early December.

Khloe, 37, and Tristan, 30, began dating in 2016 while his then-girlfriend, model Jordan Craig was pregnant with his son Prince.

In August 2016 Tristan and Khloe made their first appearance as a couple -- and the blogs ate them up.

In April 2018, Khloe and Tristan welcomed their first child, a daughter named True Thompson. The cheating rumors began shortly before True started teething.

"He wants to have, like, five or six kids with me, and that's lovely," Khloe said on the season 13 finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. "We could start at one and then grow from there. But now, knowing I'm on birth control, it's really scary. It's like a really big step."

But Khloe was only kidding herself. While she dreamed of a big family with Tristan, he slept with her sister Kylie Jenner's former assistant, Jordyn Woods.

In 2019 Khloe and Tristan called it quits. By August 2020 they were back together -- only to call it quits again in June 2021.

Maralee Nichols shared the first photo of her newborn son. The fitness model claims the baby was fathered by NBA star Tristan Thompson.

In the photo obtained by Page Six, Maralee cradles her newborn son in front of a festive Christmas tree. Both mother and son are wearing matching Grinch pajamas. The baby's face is not seen in the photo.

The 31-year-old fitness model filed a paternity suit against Tristan earlier this year, claiming he fathered her then-unborn baby.

But Tristan hit back, demanding a DNA test after the child was born, but Maralee has not complied.

A counter-lawsuit he filed in Houston -- where the child was allegedly conceived -- was thrown out by a judge.

The judge stated the suit should be heard in Los Angeles, California where Maralee and her son reside.

At the time of his hookup with Maralee, Tristan was in an on-again, off-again relationship with socialite Khloe Kardashian, 37, the mother of his 3-year-old daughter, True Thompson.

Maralee and Tristan appeared via a Zoom hearing on Dec. 8, where Tristan confessed his Snapchat username was "blkejesus00" and that he used the app to arrange a "hook up" with Maralee.

"We never had any telephone calls, emails, nor did we exchange text messages. We only communicated via the Snapchat application," Tristan said.

He said he used the app to arrange meetings with women because it automatically deleted their communications.

"I only recall that [Nichols] and I had sexual relations in March of 2021 and at no other time in 2021," the Sacramento Kings star said. "[Nichols] constantly used the term 'hook up' to describe our relationship which was the reality."

Tristan, 30, also accused Maralee of having a sexually transmitted disease.

He claims Maralee scheduled a labor induction on December 1, due to "medical reasons." He said herpes was the reason behind the induced labor and he believes that his own health might be at risk.

"Since opening up our private files to the media, I have been contacted by a source confirming that I should be checked because Petitioner has been diagnosed with herpes," he said. "Therefore, it would make sense that Petitioner had to have a designated delivery date."

Maralee issued a statement to Page Six, saying:

"Instead of focusing on any negativity, I am choosing to embrace being a mother and doing the best I can for my son. I do not want any further media attention, nor do I want a romantic relationship with Tristan.

"My goal is to raise our son in a safe, healthy, loving and private environment."

Moving trucks were seen outside Khloe's Hidden Hills estate, where Tristan had been laying his head until Maralee Nichols' paternity suit went public.

The moving trucks were presumably there to remove Tristan's belongings after Khloe threw him out (again).

A Texas judge has dismissed a paternity lawsuit filed by Tristan Thompson against Maralee Nichols -- which he filed in response to her lawsuit against him in California.

A source told Us Weekly magazine that both Thompson, 30, and Nichols, 31, testified via a virtual hearing on Wednesday, Dec. 15. Page Six reported that the case was sealed online after the Sacramento Kings star sought a gag order against Nichols.

Nichols claims she gave birth to Thompson's son in December 2021 following a torrid 5-month relationship with the NBA star.

"Regardless of whether any act of conception occurred in Texas that could have led to the conception of the child, [Thompson and Nichols allegedly] had a lengthy relationship spanning multiple states," Us Weekly's source said.

However, Thompson, through his attorneys, disputes the timeline. Thompson claims he had sexual intercourse with Nichols twice on his birthday -- March 13 -- in a Houston hotel room.

He asked the court to move Nichols' suit from California to Houston, where she owns property.

But the judge dismissed his suit and said the case should be heard in California where Nichols allegedly birthed the child and where she currently resides.

Thompson has demanded a paternity test, but Nichols has yet to comply. She filed for child support earlier this year, before the baby was allegedly born.

Internet sleuths claim Tristan Thompson's alleged 3rd baby mama, Maralee Nichols, stole her newborn baby photo from a well-known Los Angeles newborn photographer.

Nichols made headlines last week after the DailyMail.com reported she was pregnant with the NBA star's 3rd child.

Nichols, a personal trainer, moved from Houston, Texas to Los Angeles and filed a paternity suit for child support before the child was even born.

The Mail dropped its exclusive report on the day Nichols allegedly delivered her son in a L.A. hospital on Friday, Dec. 3.

The very same day, Nichols shared a professional studio shot of a newborn baby she claimed was her son.

Nichols captioned the photo: "First came love, then came you Angelou Kash Thompson."

Nichols turned off the comments under the post after Internet sleuths uncovered a very similar photo taken by Matt Cramer Photography in January 2020. The images are nearly identical.

New parents on Instagram say the Cramers are booked solid. So how did Nichols manage to snag an opening in their busy schedule on the same day she gave birth?

Now Tristan's fans wonder if Nichols was really pregnant at all -- or whether her pregnancy is an elaborate hoax to squeeze money out of a promiscuous athlete.

Was she wearing a prosthetic baby bump?

By the way, Tristan is demanding a paternity test and he asked a judge to move Nichols' paternity suit from Los Angeles to Texas where the alleged child was conceived in a hotel room.

In text messages obtained by Page Six and Us Weekly, Tristan, who was dating his ex, Khloe Kardashian at the time, allegedly threatened to retire from the NBA next year and offered Nichols $75,000 to get an abortion.

He also allegedly told Nichols he wouldn't be involved in the child's life at all.

"You know how I feel. My feelings haven't changed at all. [I] won't be involved at all. Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It's completely wrong. You are aware that I'm retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who's unemployed."

Tristan, 30, is already paying child support to ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig for son Prince, 4, and Khloe's daughter True Thompson, 3.
