Jay Z Creates Trust Fund For Sean Bell’s Children

Jay Z stepped up to the plate for another man’s children. Hmmm…
The hip hop community has had different replies to the Sean Bell verdict. The Game, David Banner, Swizz Beatz, Talib Kweli, Styles P, Jadakiss, Mos Def and more have been openly upset at the verdict. Game even released a new track and now Jay-Z is giving his response. Jay-Z has established an educational trust for the children of Sean Bell. Jay-Z is reportedly closely working with Sean Bell’s widow, Nicole Paultre Bell, to institute the trust funds for both of their children.Nicole Bell has already been in Jay-Z’s Rocawear “I Will Not Lose” campaign that caused indignation within the NYPD’s Benevolent Association. I think that is wonderful that Jay is stepping in. I have been following this story every since it happened and I am so fustrated that justice was not served in the Bell case.

Wow…I’m really touched by him doing that. I am so happy he is giving to others…Sean Bell’s fiance and kids are beautiful.
I am not mad at Jay for that. She is a “widow” and will need all the help she can get to raise those little girls….The NYPD is gonna fight hell over water to delay paying out on any of those civil suits.
That is great to see something postive come out of this.

sandra i’m new to your website & have to say I really enjoy it. I do have one complaint though, whenever Jay-Z does something you deem stupid or immature you make a big deal about it. Now he has stepped up & did a very honorable thing & the only thing you have to say is hmmmm. Don’t be like that Sandra & give credit where credit is do!!!!!!
Now that was GREAT. I don’t really care for Jay-z’s music but I think he is handsome in a different kind of way. I like his personality and I LOVE his juicy ass lips. They make me was to suck all over them. Hehehe!

I have a totally new-found respect for Jay-Z now. With today’s economic troubles, it’s very encouraging to see selfless acts of kindness like this. I’m not his biggest fan by any means, but he really does deserve more than just a “hmmmmm.”

Ok, maybe I was out there a little bit with my last post. I’m just trying to say that we should be number one to help take care of our own. I know these celebrities have families and bills like everyone else, but its a good cause to help secure the future of those children that had their father gunned down like that. Maybe people will step up after the family has handled their civil suit with NY..maybe they don’t want their contributions to that family to have any negative effects before their suit.
Thank God for all the hip/hop/rap younguns that are financially in her corner, Praise the Lord. (God works in mysterious ways.) And folks, one last thought. IF Obama makes it into the white house, let this be an uplifting experience for ALL BLACK AMERICA! Let us come together finally and forever. Let us stop hating each other. Let us stop killing each other. Let us take care of our children, together, as a village. We didn’t come this far for Him to deny us now. WE ARE INDEED KINGS and QUEENS so my people, my beautiful, wonderful people, let’s start acting like it!!!!! As always, I leave you in peace.

i havent read the comments, but i believe this is why he is so blessed. he does so much for the community, its unbelievable. this is not for show, this man has a heart of gold. that may be why beyonce is sprung!! lol

beautiful woman and beautiful children. sad story. i remember when it first happened and she was being interviewed. i don’t think either of them had jobs but he wanted to step up and get married. it all begins with RESPECT for the mother of your children. his desire to do that lead to his death. it’s hard to believe. it’s good to know that his seeds will now flourish and be taken care of.
