Out & About: Jay Z, Beyoncé and Joy Bryant
Jay Z wasn’t at his wife’s side at the Costume Institute Gala the other night. But before tongues could start wagging, Beyoncé made sure she attended the Heart of the City Tour celebration at Jay Z’s 40/40 Club last night.
It’s amazing how Jay Z’s mind works: he doesn’t feel the need to accompany his wife to the biggest fashion event of the year. But she damn sure better be at his side for his little 2-bit affair to make him look good.

Was she presenting or awarded at the show? If not, why would it be necessary for him to be there?
And uh…ain’t he on TOUR!? Oh, but in order to be a good husband, you have to be up underneath your wife at every outing? Then next thing you know folks will be talking sh*t about how he’s insecure and won’t let her go anywhere alone! Give me a break!
