Celeb Style: Ludacris

One can say Atlanta rap artist and entrepreneur Chris “Ludacris” Bridges has a style all his own. That’s because Luda’s style can’t be defined. He’s as comfortable in a Brooks Brothers suit as he is in a pair of high end jeans and retro Jordans.
This particular pair of Jordans set the world on fire when images first hit the net in 2005. Upon release they quickly sold out. These Air Jordan V Retro Fire Red shoes can fetch well over $200 a pair today.
By the way, the belt Luda is wearing features genuine solid gold African Krugerrands sewn into the leather. This belt will set you back over $1000 since a Krugerrand is selling on the open market for about $427 each.

now days people want to wear sneaks every where. 46 yr old man will no sooner wear sneaks to church. i think at some point when you want to be respected as a grown man you have to look the part. we dont see any powerful white men going to work on wall street in yee shirt jeans and sneakers.

The baggy jeans look is played out in Hip Hop. Rappers are wearing their clothes tighter now. So high end jeans manufacturers are meeting the demand by making jeans shorter in the waist to mimic the look of jeans hanging off the butt – but without the loaded diaper look that excessively baggy jeans tended to have.
I don’t think Luda’s pants are too short and homegirl’s armpits ain’t THAT serious people, come on!
