Apparently this is the latest issue of MAD magazine with Sen. Barack Obama portrayed on the cover as MAD’s mascot Alfred E. Neuman holding a banner that reads, ‘YES WE CAN’T’.
I have no clue what state MAD magazine is based out of, but I think the fervent Obama supporters should gather together as one and march on its offices.
I used to collect MAD magazines as a kid and the magazine has featured presidents on its covers before. But this is altogether tacky and disrespectful. Not to mention it doesn’t even look like Obama.
They still make MAD Magazine?
I didnt even know that they had a MAD magazine out I know that the MAD Tv show.
Ohhh…
THIS IS TACKY AND DISRESPECTFUL?!?!
It’s “Mad Magazine”…I would expect as much from them…from the “New Yorker”…NOT SO MUCH!!!
Who even buys that magazine anymore? They are trying boost sales! I”m not surprised one bit!
@ Lala11_7
The New Yorker is known for having satirical cartoons on the cover. The magazine is known for its commentary, and satirical cartoons on current events/issues.
auntie how old are you talking about you used to collect mad magazine? just curious? must be an across the pond thing? i know you are english right?
as big boi said in ATL “that is soooo disrespectful” (that is my quote of the week).
and my vocab word of the month continues to be “converse”.
thanks for the lessons yall. ‘preciate it.
I assume your referring to the Obama piece they did… it was to be expected, since the mainstream media made those issues important….

I’m gonna use all three of those words…all day and see if anyone notices. Steve Harvey said “irregardless” on the radio the other day.
LOL at the “irregardless”. Me and my friend had to “conversate” about this word the other day.
He said how do you spell “irrelevant”. I said “irrelevant” is not a word (I think). I said just like “irregardless” is not a word. He typed it in his phone and said it’s not showing up in the dictionary. I said THATS BECAUSE ITS NOT A WORD!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
He’s a teacher BTW, who is about to become a principal. SMH
STOP,
This is not the next president so yes it is appropriate
I think it does resemble Barack. I also think it’s funny. It’s MAD MAGAZINE what do you expect???
It did what MAD MAGAZINE is supposed to do. I’m an Obama supporter and I know you can’t get mad and fuss about everything that everyone says.
