Kim Burse: Beyonce’s Creative Director
Way back in the day when I was a young photographer and nobody in the industry would hire me, Kim Burse stepped up and hired me for all of her events when she was in marketing with Sony.
Now Kim is owner of B Creative and creative director for Beyonce’s tours.
But that’s not what this is about. When I reach out to Kim it is never about Bey — and that’s the way it will always be until the day Bey announces her retirement from the music industry.
The video above shows Kim’s creative genius. The talent in her family runs deep. Kim’s younger sister Nikki Jane, 17, is an emerging artist who will bring to the industry what it lacks in terms of talent. We can’t wait!

Considering this connection, it’s odd that you come after B so hard. Usually when you have people in someone’s camp, you are nice to them. Too nice. You gotta tell us what she did to you. Come on. Spill the beans Miss Sandra.
Kim is Hella Talented! That goes without saying. She is inspiring.
