Unbelievable testimony from a court-appointed psychologist who states rampage killer and rapist Brian Nichols killed a court reporter because she baked cookies and brownies for his jury during his rape trial.
Nichols was convicted of four murders and other charges during a rampage that began on March 11, 2005 when the madman overpowered a lone female guard in a block of cells at the Fulton county courthouse during his rape trial. Nichols was charged with raping an ex-girlfriend and holding her hostage for days in her apartment in August of 2004.

Wow! Talk about senseless! I don’t believe for one second that dude is psychotic! He knew what he was doing and now he’s trying to avoid having to man-up.

How many millions have we spent on this trial? Then if he gets life, how much then? Not to mention one of the victim’s family members and Brian’s brother coming to court with a gun and a razor…They might at well take him out back and call it day. Only way anybody’s gonna feel safe when it comes to this dude.

i was so into this case. i couldn’t wait to get home from work every day to turn to CNN to see the updates. dude was crazy as hell. i just don’t see how he got away from the scene.

Ashley was random. She wasn’t his ex-girl. The incident with his ex-girlfriend occurred in 2004. That’s why he was on trial in 2005 before the rampage began. Btw, his ex-girlfriend was a Becky too.
