‘Kung Fu’ actor David Carradine found dead (R.I.P. Grasshopper)

According to Thailand police, American actor David Carradine was found hanging by a rope in his hotel room in Thailand this morning.

Carradine is believed to have committed suicide. He was found by a hotel maid with a rope around his neck and body. The 72-year-old was in Thailand making a movie. When last seen alive he was in good spirits, according to his agent.

Carradine is most noted for his portrayal as the soft talking, butt kicking “Grasshopper” in the hit 1970s television series “Kung Fu”

Meanwhile, in other martial arts related news, Oscar nominated actress Taraji P. Henson is set to star in the remake of the cult classic movie The Karate Kid. Taraji will play the mother of new Karate kid Jaden Smith, son of actor Will Smith. Taraji is pictured above with her only child, Marcel.

I don’t think that’s Taraji’s son cuz they had a picture of them @ da Lakers game last week and he was much bigger than this. I think he is like 15-16 yrs old now. Those boots are FIERCE. Since she had her enhancements she is sure showing them babies off now!!!!

I read somewhere (a while ago) that the producers of the Karate Kid remake were thinking about casting David Carradine as the mentor role. I guess that won’t be happening now.

Charles fall back talking about Taraji is a nobody. She will now be known as Acadamy Award nominee Taraji Henson and she always puts her foot in EVERY role I’ve seen her in.

There aren’t too many established actresses who can add Acadamy anthing behind their name so she’s far from a nobody. She’s just one in your opinion.

She should have left it in the closet. I think single mothers forget that the way we act and dress plays a factor in the rearing of our children. The boy in the pic is looing like “oh Hell, what is she wearing”.

It’s not normal behavior unless you were diagonised with an incurable disease or took a financial loss, it is also not normal for one of his age to choose hanging, with most it’s pills+booze or a bullet.
