Live Chat: Kandi Burruss, Tomorrow!
Former Xscape singer and Grammy winning songwriter Kandi Burrus has graciously agreed to participate in a live chat tomorrow right here on Sandrarose.com!
As you know, Kandi and the rest of her RHOA castmates will shoot the season Finale show tonight at an undisclosed location.
R&B Diva Monica and legendary rapper Mia X kicked off the Live Chats on SR last week, and they will make their chats a monthly feature! Last week’s chat went very well considering it was the first one we ever did.
In the meantime, on occasion, surprise celebrity guests stop by, like Kandi (it was a surprise to me because I didn’t think she would do it!)
Of course, that means Kandi will only answer comments from my registered members, although everyone else is free to lurk and read.
So get your questions ready and later on I will let you know the time of tomorrow’s chat!

I really don’t have any questions for Kandi, I don’t follow RHOA. It’s a nice change of pace for the blog and it’s nice to see the excitement in the comments.
Charles - other than Sheree dropping the classic “who gon check me boo” and pulling Sheree’s wig, she’s been a non factor. I know I wouldn’t want to chat with her azz. NeNe YES though. I think NeNe would do it too. On Twitter she seems to handle the positive and negative comments well.

I’ve been following all of them (except Lisa) so I saw the back and forth with NeNe’s comments about the show then Kim’s little comeback. Kim talks a lot of chit.
No one has cracked me up more than Kandi’s mom this season. Her and Dwight have made the show for me this season. I HOLLERED when she said “child support”. Hilarious!

masonsmom - I don’t think there will ever be a Xscape reunion with the original members BUT they did reunite a few years ago minus Kandi. I saw them in concert. I didn’t even know the other girl wasn’t Kandi until she sang. I think they favor. I’ve heard before why they wouldn’t reunite. I think it had to do with the sisters and Kandi but don’t quote me.
I am so proud to see SR headed in a different direction! Kandi is one of my favorites on RHOA! Sandra take a bow girl! I am really glad to see a change here on SR. Not a whole lot of Rihanna and what not! Can’t wait to chat with Kandi!!!

I still have my tapes from the 90’s. Most of them are tapes that I taped over from the radio to get a Mix tape. Remember when you use to have to put tissue or tape to cover the little holes at the top so you could tape over… ah the good old days. Use to do that with the VHS tapes as well. Killed the quality after awhile but you can’t do that with CD’s & DVD’s.

FYI - I reported a while back that one of the boys being accused of beating Derrion Albert to death was said to be innocent. The boys went to court today and the charges were dropped against that boy. So I guess he and his family were telling the truth that he wasn’t involved. Glad to see they’re not railroading young boys for this but are getting the right ones.

For a number of females, but one he flaunted around in public considered herself his “main lady” (the stupidest shyt ever) I would say about a 1yr and a half later…dude gets in an accident….he was high outta his mind, or drunk all on the road trying to drive and gets in or causes an accident……..it paralyzes him from the wasted down. THIS MF….goes running to his side!!! UUUUUUuuggggHHH!!! maybe im cold hearted, but DAMN DAT! How da hell you run back to a niccah after he treated you so bad and now all of a sudden he realizes what he had in you and OH OUT OF NO-WHERE here’s the supriSE….HE WANTS TO MARRY YOU??!! YOU DAMN RIGHT He do, now that he’s paralyzed and can’t fukk another bytch nor attracted another bytch who would be dumb enough to take care of him for the rest of their life without all rights to his disability check!! The moment that gurl told me that, I grabbed her by the shoulders and said “R U CRAZY”, I said don’t you dare let that man talk you in to giving up your YOUTH to not only raise his child, which HE LEFT YOU ALONE WITH, MAY I REMIND YOU, and for what…so you can give him sponge baths and play with a vibrator??!! NO MA’AM…I told her NOT TO MARRY HIM…str8 up! It took her some time, and she eventually came around, she didn’t marry him,and now…I AM SO PROUD TO SAY!…she is happily married to a GOOD man and has been happy every since. At the time, she didn’t know how to take what I told her….you know some woman have the nerve to think you are jealous of shyt like that *side eyes* when you really are giving them good advice, if they would allow themselves to be devailed. Don’t take it so hard Kandi, or anybody else, shyt we just some real azz people….well not Charles, but most of us are very down to earth and reasonable. Real people say real things babe.

Thanks for sharing. We all have done stupid stuff before but we came out of it a better person. It’s are duty to share. What happened to this man is Karma and you can’t stop it if you wanted to. The surpise was that she went back. It’s best to love from afar. Remember a ex is a ex for a reason and where is “his main girl at now’. I am glad that she wised up and has a good husband. I hope her ex is beating himself up every day for not treating her like the queen that she is. One mans trash truly is another mans treasure.

But then as his muscles began to atrophy and he wasn’t as fine anymore, their visits would be less frequent and eventually they all stopped coming. They think they’re strong and can take care of him. But caring for a spinal cord injury patient is very hard work.

We’ve seen enough of those real life stories on tv about situations like that and I know all he wanted to do was drag this gurl whom he knew was the only female who loved him enough to sacrafice everything to take care of him…..the “main lady” disappeared….oh yea she visited him in the hospital, but when she realized my friend would be stupid enough to take on her new found duties as his main lady Im sure she was more than happy to give him BACK….but thANK GOD for giving me the courage 2 say what I said….and she still tells me thank you till this day.
