I heard over the weekend that Essence magazine fired its entire online web staff last week, except for Emil Wilbekin and a couple of others.
I would offer those newly unemployed staffers a job working with Sandrarose.com, but apparently they’ve never heard of us, lol.
In more positive news, Essence magazine tracked down Sean Jean male model Miguel Perdomo to do a fashion spread. He’s a sexy beast, but he does look a little How U Doin, Tyler Perry-ish in some of these photos.
Essence features Miguel in its “Eye Candy of the Week” and will be featured on tonight’s episode of VH-1’s “I Want to work for Diddy 2”.
