Dear Sandra,
Thank you very much for the link to the blog on narcissistic people. I was reading the blog this morning and my stomach is in knots because that is exactly whom I’ve married. It’s been a tough 5 years. Very tough. I was made to feel that it’s been “Me” all this time. And now, I can see he just has this sick personality that preys on “bleeding me dry” as the blog states. Honestly, I don’t what I will do to move forward, but at least now I know it isn’t me, and that’s a start.

Cosigning someone behavior and relating/sympathizing are too different things…don’t assume that because I can relate to her that I am cosigning or stating that it was a smart decision to stay in a bad relationship with someone for over 5 years…
I can sympathize with her situation…People make mistakes and stay in bad situations…Period.

Wow…Ummm, no I can’t relate to staying with someone for 5+ years and being dogged all the while. No, I can’t relate to staying with someone who makes me feel like any and everythang was my fault. No, I can’t relate to that. Now had she said that she saw that he was an azzhole and decided to walk away within the first couple of months before allowing him to completely destroy her self esteem and self worth…then that I could relate to.

Mirs since we work for the govt there are certain guidelines they have to follow because if they go about it the wrong way she could sue. But, as many meltdowns as she’s had she should’ve been gone by now! So now my boss said she needs emails from anyone who doesn’t feel safe! She’s gotten alot!
I’m real close to an exit but when she comes down my aisle my back is to her! i told my boss before she could pull a ft hood and we’d be sittin ducks since there are no metal detectors
