Hip Hop’s sexiest rapper Young Jeezy hosted a party at B.E.D. Nightclub on Miami Beach, Florida over the weekend, with portions of the proceeds going to benefit the victims of Haiti Earthquake.
Oscar nominated actress Taraji P. Henson was all over Kim Porter and Sarah Chapman’s man, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs at the 3rd annual BET Honors at the Warner Theatre on Saturday in Washington, DC. OK I’m kidding about Sarah. I hear she is dating a nice man and when she’s ready to reveal him she will (to me). They say he’s a professional ball player ’cause that’s what Sarah likes.
Speaking of Kim Porter, she attended a ‘Boom Boom Room’ baby event at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles with her and Diddy’s twins Delilah and Jessie James, 3. The t-shirts they’re wearing pay homage to the legendary guitarist Jimi Hendrix, and to 70s rock band “Led Zeppelin.” If you know anything about Led Zeppelin, you know that they were devout devil worshippers who infused witchcraft imagery into their stage shows. Led Zeppelin attire is hardly appropriate for babies.
Actress/singer Tichina Arnold pushed up on Dwyane Wade’s jump off Gabrielle Union at the afterparty for the BET Honors in DC on Saturday.
Singer Mario performed at Quo nightclub in NYC last night. I bet Mario will be 45 and still looking boyish.
Earlier today I told you guys I had a ‘Put ‘Em On Blast’ post featuring T.I. Well, I didn’t mean I was putting T.I. on blast (how could you even think that?) I meant I was putting someone else on blast for using T.I.’s name and image to promote video auditions without T.I.’s permission. So check back tomorrow for that. My gma helped raise me her house is across the street from my elementary school so I lived with her during those yrs. She has blood infection but she is on dialysis so that cleans her blood of the antiboitics so its a never ending cycle. I am PRAYING hard cause again I am NOT ready. I am not the most emotional person but DEATH always takes me out so to speak

Yeah..I was fired for no apparent reason really. I had been there for a year and my supervisor quit. The new chick had it out for me from day one. They really didn’t give me a reason for letting me go, but it’s GA..they don’t have to. The whole thing came about from me having carpal tunnel and inquiring if I could use worker’s comp for my surgery.

I did see that Salt and her sister are the executive produces for Pep’s show. I think that has a lot to do with her passiveness.

I did enjoy my weekend off, took my kids to our annual MLK parade. We have a MLK street in OKC but the parade is downtown. I have never understood this.

Nika405,It’s too much of a main thorougfare. Bus routes would be disrupted, emergency vehicles couldn’t get through if needed, and there would be no place for people to park and observe.

The new Dean, Steve Reinemund, has created a new scholarship for diverse students pursuing the MA degree called the Corporate Fellowship.
The Corporate Fellowship provides full tuition and a $21,000 stipend to cover living expenses. Additionally, each Corporate Fellow will participate in a practicum. The practicum has two components, educational and professional development. Each student will be assigned a mentor that is a high level executive with their sponsor corporation. The mentor will oversee an educational project covering 4 of the functional areas of business using their own corporation as the subject.
