Oscar-nominated actress Taraji P. Henson looked stunning in a floor length gown at the 2010 People’s Choice Awards held in L.A. last night. You’ll be happy to know I’ve finally gotten over my obsession with her. But it wasn’t easy.

Country music sensation Taylor Swift won a People’s Choice award last night. But she lost the honor of most albums sold in 2009 to deceased pop legend Michael Jackson. Jackson sold over 8 million albums in 2009 to Swift’s 4 million. Susan Boyle was a close third with almost 4 million albums sold. Boyle went over the 4 million mark in the first week of January 2010. An awesome feat for a newcomer.
Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend Taylor Lauter, 17, won a PCA award last night.
Actor Ashton Kutcher took home a PCA award for most followers on Twitter.com. He’s such a narcissist. That’s actress Jessica Alba posing with him. She needs to wash her hair.
Columbian actress Dania Ramirez is the only Latina who could get it. She is so sexy, but she needs to get back a few pounds.
Actor Actor Omar Epps attended the People’s Choice Awards 2010 held at Nokia Theatre L.A. last night. I guess wifey stayed home with the kids. She must be a super confident woman. You think I would allow my sexy man out of my sight? You can’t trust these gold diggers around your man, especially out there in L.A.

I’m not sure why singer Robin Thicke’s pregnant wife Paula Patton was at the People’s Choice Awards. I still can’t figure out what she does.

for a conditioner treatment type-thing I have been using straight up olive oil. After shampooing and conditioning with normal products, I put some olive oil in my hair and let it dry. As long as you don’t put too much on at one time, your hair is so shiny and seems to hold up to brushing and detangling better.

Still not her best look and she has lost alot of weight. Hope she is ok. I loved her character in Fantastic Four and she was the business in Dark Angel.

That’s why I said as long as you don’t put too much. Olive oil is alot lighter than regular oil, it’s very “thin” when you put some in your hands, if that makes sense.
Just try a little bit on maybe a small under section of your hair to see how your hair reacts to it.
I have really dry hair because of highlights and coloring and it helps alot, specially if I have been flat ironing it often.

Yes, I think she looks stunning when her hair is in a slick bun. Most women do, it lets their natural beauty shine through without all the fuss of the hair.

Sebastian shampoo and conditioner seems to work really well for my hair. They have 3 different lines (drench, light, and penetrat) for you to choose from. Since my hair gets oily pretty quickly, I opt to use the drench shampoo and the light conditioner. The trick to getting your hair fluffy, is coming the conditioner all the way through and rinsing with cool water. Hope this helps.
