Like Speak said it really makes me think twice about what I eat as well. Im also on a low carb diet and Ive increased my intake of fresh and organic foods. Also thanks to Speak about the soy milk because that what we were feeding London (gravi) because she is lactose intolerant. Almond milk it is.Its amazing all of the harmful chemicals that goes into our food. I even have bd reading labels when he goes shopping now.

I eat what I want still but I’ve noticed i eat a lot little so since I eat little I don’t shock my system but truth be told I’ve maintained a balanced nutriotinal diet – I def get my veggies in protein in some carbs and plenty of water I don’t like milk of any kind girl it made me sick one day and then I was like eeeel it comes from a cow and that did it for me-but I agree the bee pollen is becoming my best friend cuz I don’t have to do much it does it for me

It is great. I dont have bad eating habits either, but because I decided to lose weight its like Im really trying to do a lifestyle change with food. I never ate a ton of fried food to begin with and love salads and veggies. But this pollen is amazing. Im excited to see where I end up. I will definitely have before and after pics all over my fb.
