Tia Mowry is writing a book on motherhood

Tia Mowry, one half of Hollywood’s best known black twin stars, is writing a book on motherhood after giving birth only a couple of weeks ago. Talk about narcissistic?

Mowry, 32, took to her Twitter page yesterday to deliver the news to her followers:

“Great News!!!!! I am now an AUTHOR!!! I am writing a BOOK! So excited about this new adventure! More news to follow!!! xoxo I am working with Penguin Group, 4 my first book, Oh, Baby!, n which I share the experiences of my first pregnancy & the tips I’ve learned. This is something I have always wanted to do and I am thrilled to share this journey with all my fans:),”

I hate to laugh at this chick, but can she really write a book on motherhood after giving birth only 2 weeks ago? Now she’s an expert on motherhood? That’s rather grandiose of Tia to think people would buy a book about her birthing experiences while we’re in a recession. Couldn’t she cover her birthing experience and all the tips she learned in one blog post?

Tia and her twin sister Tamera, also have a new reality show set to premiere next month.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the show will cover Tia’s pregnancy and Tamera’s engagement to Fox News correspondent Adam Housely. Tia is an executive producer of the series along with her manager, Adam Griffin.

she’s not claiming to be an expert, she’s writing on her experience being pregnant for the first time. Now personally I won’t be reading it but that’s because I’ve been there and done that but there are probably alot of 1st time mothers wanting to read an honest account about what to expect that doesn’t read like a medical journal. Most pregnancy books are really annoying and technical which is why women may buy and read What To Expect but stay asking friends/fam about their experiences

@Yso I love my kids and my pregnancies weren’t the absolute worst but childbirth scares and disgusts me and that stupid What to Expect book had me terrified during my first pregnancy. If I’d read that before getting pregnant my children would not be here now

Eating fatback doesn’t make it any better. That is why we are the fattest people (United States), wecare supposed to eat nutricious during pregnancy. It is a myth you are eating for two. Technically, you are only supposed to eat only an additional 200/300 calories to your current intake.
