Jovan Belcher Spent the Night With Another Woman Before Killing His Girlfriend
In a surprising new development, Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher cheated on his girlfriend the night before killing her and turning the gun on himself in front of his coach and general manager early Saturday.
The NY Post reports that the former Kansas City linebacker had a “boozy” dinner with another woman and spent the night in her apartment before he returned home, argued with Kasandra Perkins and shot her 9 times.
An unrepentant Brittni Glass admitted she dined with Belcher, 25, and shared alcoholic beverages with him at a local Tavern on Friday night. “I was with him that night, that’s it,” Glass told The Post yesterday.
After dinner, Belcher took Glass home, but he fell asleep in his Bentley outside her apartment, according to the woman’s neighbors.
Police rousted Belcher from his drunken stupor around 2:30 a.m., and he went inside Glass’s apartment. After spending the night with Glass, Belcher left at about 6:45 a.m. for the 10-minute drive to Perkins’ apartment.
The new developments conflict with the rosy picture painted by Belcher’s family and friends who say Belcher and Perkins were in love and never had any problems.
But a more clear picture of Belcher’s violent history is emerging. CBS’s Mike Freeman unearthed documents that show Belcher punched his fist through a window during an argument with a woman.
Freeman quoted a commenter on Deadspin.com who was an EMT at the University of Maine while Belcher was a student there in 2006. The commenter said Belcher “punched a window, the shards of glass cut his wrist, and completely severed his right thumb.”
Despite the commenters’ claim, the University campus police cited Belcher for simple criminal mischief. The report was filed under a misspelled name.

We have to actively be well and when we see indicators, provide support. Sad story, hope the families surround that baby with love and support.

MENTAL issues are the CAUSES of folks tendencies to be angry, over-possessive, and evil. It usually starts from childhood when a child’s mind processes something a makes it a pattern. The brain sees certain things as normal when they may be far from it….so when someone displays anger, possessiveness, and evil ways it is rooted in the mind and needs to be addressed as early as possible…the issue is that some people just can’t be helped…

Did you read the part about them having financial troubles? The house was rented; Bentley prolly was too. Hence the fights about money…cause they had a new baby (about $90k) as well.
And I said from the get that he wasn’t mental. Ole boy spazzed out cuz if he were mental, he would’ve killed everyone in that house including himself. He spared his child and his mother and left the house to off himself somewhere else. He knew life behind bars wasn’t gonna be pretty so he took the coward way out.
They were BOTH YOUNG. Very young so i’m sure both of them had their flaws. That still doesn’t excuse what he did. And that chic he went out with, no words. She probably didn’t know about ole girl
And he probably slept in his care to avoid a DWI and when the cops came he had no other choice but to go to ole girls place to sleep. For all we know she ain’t even fukk him. But overall, sad story.

Some people will do anything to protect their loved ones’ memory. Oh, they had no problems. She was the one who stayed out at a concert. She just wanted to party all the time. Maybe it was brain injury from football.

Because extreme insecurity (brought on God knows what) is at the root of all of those actions. They need attention from multiple women to feel like a man, but they also need the love of that one (or more) special someone to feel like a man. If they lose either they are plunged into self loathing.

Mental disorder is not the case here to me. Why cant things simply be an accident. Have you and your spouse ever argued to a point where you felt like you could have ended their life by mistake…just out of anger. I dont think he planned it, I dont think he blanked out and was in a fukked up mental state, I simply think they were arguing and it got out of control and he made a mistake and killed her. He was so hurt that he made that mistake, the only thing he could think to do was end his own life because he knew he couldnt live with the burden of ending the person he truly loves life. You can’t blame a man for doing what his DNA was hard wired to do from birth. I do blame him for resorting to violence and killing his mother’s child. That was extremely selfish of him. But as I pointed out yesterday, he grew up without the advantage of having a father in his life. Boys like Jovan grow up with intense feelings of self-hate from their abandonment issues. They are also extremely possessive in relationships. Just the threat of anyone leaving them (like their father did) can set them off.

I don’t know if the mother should have custody or not. You can’t really blame a mother for something her adult child does.
I just watched a documentary the other day about a woman that was tormented by her community because her son killed like 6 people, killed his sister and his father while she was at work. He was messed up in the head since he as a child, angry all the time and treated the mother bad. She tried to tell people that something wasn’t right, but they didn’t believe her because he only treated her that way. Every situation is different but I hope the child does okay.

Breaks dont always include going partying.. It could be a trip to the movies, hell a trip to walmart or just to rest!! new borns are sometimes overwhelming and some mommies just needs some time to herself to think. some mothers can handle it better than others but not all can be supermom from handcock.
