Robin Roberts still standing

'Good Morning America' co-anchor Robin Roberts returns to work tomorrow (Feb. 20). The 52-year-year-old cancer survivor, who underwent a bone marrow transplant last Fall, believes she is up for the task. But friends and co-workers are not so sure. Roberts was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007. Last year she learned she had a rare blood disorder called myelodysplastic syndrome -- possibly a side effect of the anticancer drugs.

Another side effect of chemotherapy drugs -- baldness -- means Roberts will have to wear a custom lacefront wig on the set.

"Whatever. I'm thankful I have a pretty good shaped head," she says in an interview published in the Feb. 25th issue of PEOPLE. She is confident that her hair will grow back, but she isn't so sure about the 30-pound weight loss.

Rickie Lamb pedestrian struck by car

A Clayton County mom is "furious" that police used a new feature on Facebook to contact her about her son's death.

Anna Lamb-Creasey searched for her son Rickie Lamb for weeks after he went missing on Jan. 25. Lamb-Creasy told WSB Channel 2's Tom Jones she called hospitals and checked jails for her missing son.

She even posted messages on the 30-year-old's Facebook page.

So when she found strange messages in a Facebook message folder that she didn't know existed called "other", she ignored them.

She said the messages were sent from a user named "Misty Hancock. And I'm like who is this Misty Hancock," Lamb-Creasey said. She was also thrown off by the profile picture of rapper T.I.

Lamb-Creasey told Channel 2's Tom Jones she had no idea if someone who is not a "friend" sends her a message it goes to a box called "other" in the message folder.

"I'm like, OK. I'm thinking it's just fake," she said.

Then, on Valentine's day, Lamb-Creasy's daughter finally called the number on the Misty Hancock page and an officer informed her that Rickie died when he was struck by a car as he crossed Tara Boulevard and Old Dixie road Jan. 24. The driver wasn't ticketed.

Lamb-Creasy was furious that police didn't use more conventional means to notify her until 20 days after her son's death.

Lamb-Creasey says they should have used a police department Facebook profile.

"People need to know that it's a police department trying to contact them. If you just have a picture of a rapper T.I. no one's gonna take that serious," said Melissa Wilson, a friend of Lamb-Creasy.

From The Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

Clayton County police told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution they made every effort to contact the family in a more conventional way. They said they checked several addresses and never could reach anyone. They're still looking into why that Facebook account was used.

Lamb's funeral is set for Saturday.

If you'd like to help with funeral expenses, Lamb-Creasey's job has set up an account at any Chase Bank. Just refer to account number 183503217.

Clive Davis is gay. Who Knew? Not once have I heard any rumors that the most famed recording executive in Hollywood was gay. But then again, who wants to imagine a 80-year-old man in compromising positions with another male?

The chief creative officer of Sony Music Entertainment dropped his tell-all autobiography, “The Sound Track of My Life,” in which he discusses his bisexuality, probably for the first time.

Davis, who was twice married, told ABC news he knew he was bisexual after the end of his second marriage in 1985. That's when he freely threw himself into sexual relationships with other men.

    Michael Jordan Covers AARP

NBA legend Michael Jordan has earned another magazine cover -- along with his very own AARP card. Somehow, I don't think he will be pleased with his latest achievement.

Jordan, who turned 50 on Feb. 17, probably doesn't want to be reminded that he's getting old. The Charlotte Bobcats owner has been engaged to his longtime Cuban girlfriend, Yvette Prieto, 35, since 2011.

Tyler Perry and Oscar Pistorius on Jay Leno

Some celebrities never cease to amaze me. Like most narcissists, they will do or say anything for attention. Increasingly violent narcissists have been in the news lately.

From murderess Jodi Arias to cop killer Christopher Dorner, and most recently, Oscar Pistorius, the double-amputee sprinter who was arrested for killing his model girlfriend at his home in South Africa on Thursday.

Yet even in times of tragedy, narcissists will seize the opportunity to draw attention to themselves.
