The master bedroom in the 2,093-square-foot apartment is smallish by Atlanta standards. And the hotel-style vertical AC unit on the bedroom wall is unsightly, but that view of Central Park is priceless!

I doubt this is how she has the condo designed for herself. when people rent out their homes, they have experts come in and stage the place to fit what most people who can afford this price range would like.
I remember when Faith Evans was selling her home located in Country Club of the South. When I saw that big ass pic of Tupac on the wall in her theatre room, I said immediately the home will never sell. You better know that within a couple months, a stager came in and fixed it up for “other people.” The home sold and yes any remnants that any “keeping it real” lived there were wiped away. I see it all the time.
But since most of us can’t even afford a 3rd of a 3rd of this, she’s not talking to us.
