Solange Knowles Lashes Out at IG User for Calling Her Son Ugly

A rude Instagram user insulted Solange Knowles' son, Daniel Julez Smith, Jr, by calling the boy "ugly" and saying he had a face only a mother could love.

Solange posted this photo of Julez, who just turned 11, on her Instagram page on Saturday. The boy was dressed as rap icon LL Cool J for Halloween.

As you read Solanges response -- which is riddled with comma abuse and run on sentences -- try to remember that she was probably off her meds that day.

Solange wrote:

"Jussst as I thought it was safe to share pictures again, a young'n like you decides to use her time to spread ugliness. I don't fault you, I can only imagine why you would feel the need to say such things, but thanks again for being a reminder that out of all the love and wonderful energy shared, that when I open up a space for an innocent beautiful being like my boy to be criticized and judge, that I will most likely respond, and that he receives enough love and celebration at home that its just not worth it to go down this road. I hope that this really resonates with you and you make better decisions in the future towards how you use your words towards innocent children.     i think things like Instagram and such where we're constantly bombarded with insta models and whatever and all these makeup gurus really affect our self image. I made a point - as a 7day challenge - to write down what I liked about myself every day (something different) that was not about my looks and I think it alters your perspective and shifts what you put energy into. If I had a child, I'd be sure to put an emphasis on their mental aptitudes (damn autocorrect) than what they look like personally.

    Actually, there's been studies done on people who cyber bully celebs or other people. As a parent, you should be aware that the world is cruel hurtful place, so you should act in the best interest of your child (& your sensitive feelings) and keep their images off the net. Seriously.
