Russian militants whipped an alleged drug dealer with electric cable before killing him, the Daily Mail reports.
The horrific video uploaded to Liveleak.com shows the man with his hands bound to a pole with red tape.
The man's back shows signs of the beating and torture he endured for hours before the cameraman started filming somewhere in the southern Ukraine.
The man begs and pleads for his life as a militant identified as Olkhon wields an electric cable in his hand.
He was whipped so severely that he soiled his pants.
The cameraman says the punishment is being meted out because the man is a drug dealer.
The man is heard screaming, "Stop please! I'll say what you need. I will call another drug dealer and he will arrive with drugs."
The man is asked if he is a drug dealer, and he cries "no!"
The man offers to tell the soldiers where his drug supplier lives. But the soldiers said they would kill him anyway.
"We will club him to death anyway like a dog," says the cameraman. "The longer he gives information, the longer he will live, but at the end death awaits him. Because dogs deserve doggish death."
The man cries, "I swear I told everything. God I can't stand it anymore, I want to live. Please, please!"
The cameraman warns that the same punishment awaits other drug dealers who sell drugs in the area.
The Daily Mail reports the man was killed afterwards.
