For the seventh year in a row, music mogul Sean Combs tops Forbes magazine’s list of the five richest rappers in the world.

The 47-year-old father-of-5 is worth an estimated $820 million, thanks to his investments and lucrative endorsement deals.

Combs added a TV network, liquor brands and a vitamin water brand to his expanding portfolio in recent years.

Rap mogul Jay Z follows closely behind Combs with an estimated net worth of $810 million. Jay Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, 47, holds part ownership in streaming service Tidal, Roc Nation entertainment company, and Armand de Brignac champagne.

Dr. Dre takes the third spot with $740 million in estimate wealth, while Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams comes in a distant fourth with $110 million.

Canadian rapper Drake rounds out the list in the fifth spot with an estimate $90 million personal wealth.
