New policy reverses former President Obama’s controversial policy allowing gender confused men to shower with female soldiers

President Trump announced the military will no longer “accept or allow” gender confused people to serve in the U.S. military “in any capacity”. The new policy does not ban gays or lesbians from serving their country.

In a series of tweets on Wednesday, Trump said American forces could not afford to accommodate” transgender people and their expensive medical needs.
